I ordered 2 Big Macs “no onions” on them because I have someone allergic to onions. I get home to find this. Onions! This is ridiculous. It’s not rocket science

I go there every morning and the morning staff are horrible. The one black lady with glass’s is so grumpy and rude at the window. I don’t understand why she’s the one handing out food. And the havian girl that takes the orders is never at the computer so you always have to repeat your order. Everytime.

Went to McD last night had zero service called out a couple of times to ask if anyone works this till and nothing. I am short so I know they didn’t see me. I think they either need a bell or a mirror to see people who are standing at their till for a bit. Asked for a tea and 2 apple pies shouldn’t take that long right? 10 minutes it took to me, that was not acceptable. My tea bag was in my cup making it very strong for me not sure how long it was sitting in there? When they have their orders they click it off way before you even get the order! This is wrong because it will not show exactly how long it actually took for your order! I told the guy at the till who finally came when my friend who is a lot taller than me came in and he was very polite told the manager on night shift who rolled her eyes and just walked away instead of asking or seeing if everything was okay. This was so unprofessional!!!!! It’s been a while since I was back and will be a lot longer if I go back again! I can and will spend my money elsewhere with mangers like that!
