I placed a delivery order through the McDonald’s app, and it sat in “pending” status for over 30 minutes. When a DoorDash driver finally went to pick it up, McDonald’s declined the order and told the driver they had no orders — even though my app clearly showed it still pending!
I tried calling the store to figure out what was going on, and the worker who answered was extremely rude and sassy. Instead of helping, they talked over me and had a terrible attitude the entire conversation.
Really disappointing experience. If you can’t handle app orders, take the option down — and treat your customers with a bit more respect.

They denied my payment because i was paying with a old paper bill , guess the filipinos arnt aware that we used to have paper bills before we went to plastic , sad to see that our money is refused just because its old

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. My big mac was poorly assembled. The middle bun was the bottom bun and the bottom bun was the middle bun. They gave me a free poutine because I waited for about 20 minutes until I got my food and the poutine was cold! I am never going back to this place.

Just ordered takeout 4 meals two meals double hash browns but did not receive double hash browns order#1081 wasn't busy clearly they need learn to read.
One star for one reason only. This is the only McDonalds that when I order a Medium Double Double it consistently tastes awful. I will never go here again. Nisku, Sparrow Drive, 50th ave (by independent) and ALL McDonalds I’ve been to otherwise consistently taste good and the same. This McDonald’s needs to do better. Shameful.

I go once a week on Monday, their fry quality is very inconsistent. Some days I'm in heaven, others im disappointed in how under salted or strange tasting they are

I'm not really racist, I'm typically love everyone and show everyone with respect but what the heck. The service at this McDonald's is just as bad as the Tim Hortons in Rimbey. Where's are White's? Who can take an order properly and hear. My boyfriend and I every time we have gone we are either missing something from our order, the completely put the wrong order in for example; My boyfriend order 20 piece chicken nuggets and they put 10 when he deliberately asked for 20 so we had to go back around in the drive thru. He also ordered 3 Mcdoubles with no pickles and said it on the screen and paid for the Mcdoubles but got McChickens instead. Today with just being there we ordered for exact. 3 Mcdoubles with no pickles Med Apple Juice Med Orange Juice Are y'all trying to get someone sick with the orange juice. Check your guys food and expires. Which it tasted expired and nothing like oranges. So I'm tired of the crap, and is now writing a review. Super disappointed.

When you pay premium prices for cold food it's a real piss off. I have rarely had hot fries from this location. Just now neither my fries or chicken burger were hot. Definitely going to stop supporting this location.
