I’m sharing this experience because I had an unfortunate situation that led to a waste of my money and food. I specifically requested a chicken muffin without the bun since I’m unable to eat bread, but I was still served it with a bun. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that I had ordered it incorrectly, and the response was not very courteous.
I work hard for my money, and it’s really disappointing to have to throw away food due to a misunderstanding and poor service. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope better care and communication can be taken in the future. The order taker’s name was Ana.

A newer McDonald's on the west side of Leduc. It is a McDonald's, so there are few surprises here. I stop here for a drink and ice cream cone, and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to go to this location.

So I was ordering and the lady that served me was high… the fry’s took 20 mins to be fresh and they were raw. Riped me off of my change ordered a large coffee gave me a small. Then they gave me sass and gave me no nuggets in a six nugget meal and locked me out after. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve had….

Wanted a double 1/4 pound...got a single. Wasn't charged for it. Fries are gone down the old Kent road. Skinny and tasteless, they use to be the best.
Personally think they can lay off the salt and sauce and I always check my order before I leave they always forget the straws or something is wrong.

If you try to order from this McDonald’s and you’re on a budget so you have a small quantity of purchases but you’re still paying your delivery fee like every other person these guys will charge you an additional two dollars because you’re on a cheap budget I’ll never shop there again. McDonald’s is great but charging people because they’re reducing their cost when they’re paying a delivery fee is utter and complete fraud.
