We went to the sherwood park location for the "kids tour" for my daughters 6th bday - the kids loved it and the pizza was so delicious! super friendly staff, they did a great job of making a memorable experience for our kiddos.

I will say pizza was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Pretty expensive over $27 for (2)8" 3 toppng pizza even if it was 2 for 1. The only issue i have is... I ordered on line and it prompted me to add tip, then prompted to tip again at the door. If u r going to promp tip, it should be one or the other. I should have the option to tip! not to feel forced to pay twice. Next time i will opt for coming in to order then i can tip if i want or not. By the way i would have added a better tip at the door had u not put it on the form on line

Very disappointed to say the least
Ordered for take out based on a menu delivered this week. The price charged was 25% more. The driver got lost, after an hour and a half the pizza was cold when it arrived
When I phoned to talk to the manager he was rude and hung up on me.
The girl that initially answered had more people skills than the manager
When I called back after being hung up on, manager would not come to the phone and made the receptionist deal with me. Come on, do better!

Great service & great pizza! First time visiting as we are new to town and I can assure you it will be our new favorite pizza place!
Food is delicious and Owner as well as delivery driver are super kind. However the young girl they have working was glaring and basically threw our change back at us. She seemed annoyed that we were in there the whole time we were in there and waiting. Was nice to her co workers but seemed to care less about the customers , didn’t even greet us.

That was very thoughtful for the manager of the Leduc location to clear up the order mixup after I explained and deliver the pizza all the way south Edmonton and the pizza was on the house and I appreciate how he didn’t make us return the old pizzas either and trust us that the order was mixed up and how he went out of his way to make thing right and provide us two free pizzas on the house. He is the best and my family appreciates it. This is the best pizza. Thank you Nitza’s pizza. That was very kind of you, you could have chosen not to help us, instead the manager of this location gets a thank you from us for going out of his way to help me. Thank you.

Excellent place! We stopped by to order some pizza today for an event on Thursday. The staff was amazing. We were entertained with great jokes and were fed extra delicious pizza and salad. We left smiling and satisfied. Thanks to the owner and staff who made our day amazing! I highly recommend this place!

We stopped in today after our daughter’s volleyball National. We were so humbled by Peter and his generosity. Our daughter was so surprised that she was able to make her own pizza. We bought some tickets on the jerseys raffle. You are truly an angel. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be stopping by and highly recommending your pizza. Your story is truly amazing.
