My wife and I went for breakfast with our little girl. Our girl managed to suddenly grab my wife's coffee cup and spilt it everywhere including on herself. The staff were very quick to come help and even brought some kind of spray to help with burns immediately. It was not needed but they were very helpful. More like a 2.5 out of 5 but I'll round up. I was hopeful when we walked in given the current rating but things went south after our breakfast was served lukewarm. I find this the biggest turn off at any restaurant... don't serve food lukewarm when it's meant to be hot. It will only cost you in the end.
My Rob had booked for our little family Mothers Day brunch special. It was totally unexpected. From the moment we arrived at reception, we were treated with kindness and respect.
The staff were fantastic, friendly professional and so efficient.
Our sons arrived late, plus they were super accommodating, our youngest son who joined us at the last minute. The food were displayed beautifully and everything was so delicious and tasty.
