Last time , I ordered online and they said they didn’t got any order on their end . I waited 20 mins that times and the quality was bad both of times . All you can taste is dough and that is not even fresh . Also , no sorry for inconvenience and when I said thank you for handing me my order , the girl walked away with bad attitude . Never coming back to this location. I wish I would have read the reviews before

Did the new owners changed everything?? The pizza is slacking toppings big time. We ordered chicken club and there is no meat it was all cheese and tomatoes. Chipotle chicken was the same plus they added green peppers. Also they don't have jalapeño anymore. Should have just saved the money and ordered from little ceasar.

I have always bought my pizza from Panago. But after hearing that the owner will not hire anyone except lmia, I will no longer be supporting this restaurant.

Non greasy and the best pizza I had till now. I am definitly going back to this place. Service was very friendly and quick.
Ordered Steak mushroom melt. Now supposed come with creamy cheddar sauce on the pizza. If they did put sauce on the pizza it must fallen off in the oven. Terrible. These guys are cheap with their sauce. I had a chicken Club One time too. No sauce on that one either do better guys, because right now you suck.

The food from here is good but the delivery service is completely messed up. Either the in-store employee's or the delivery drivers are using their system wrong. The website will inform you that your order arrived a full 20-30 minutes before their driver actually shows up. As a result your will be standing outside your house like the fool they take you for, waiting for your order. This is not a one time accident because it has happened many times and I am no longer willing to have my free time lit on fire by these delivery clowns.
Last few times I ordered here the pizza is so dry, like they are too cheap to use their pizza sauce.

We have tried ordering here many times, usually get home in Calmar and the order is wrong. Have caught it at the store a couple of times before leaving but shouldn’t have to be their QC.Wings are rubbery.Toppings are often wrong.Food quality isn’t worth the money IMO.You call Panago office and you get a credit back but its only good for 3 months. We usually miss out.I’d find somewhere else to get pizza. Let me know if you find a good spot?
