Ordered a pizza online, they didn’t put sauce on it or such a small amount it evaporated, I called and asked and they didn’t offer to fix it, only made excuses that they put it on.

Ordered a pizza that I prepaid for. They delivered it to someone else's house. I called them to tell them I didn't receive it and they delivered it to the wrong house. They proceeded to call me a liar and tell me I didn't tip them enough.

Ya great everyone loves pizza! As every papa John’s it’s usually good! what I want to do is say thanks! I got my food everything was good, but I’m here to warn and post that you guys are asking the customer to much! Why am I asked to tip before then asked to tip wile receiving and then get an email a day later to tip again, this is so disgusting your taking tip culture to far! matter of fact as everyone reads this you should know that every price of every pizza delivered or not has price built in we all ready paid people already are getting paid but again ask for more and like 3 times! go away, how dare you, stop this! is what comes to my mind, finally to say I work ten times harder then any employee there, as a tradesmen I don’t get tips when I’m not happy or don’t get enough I don’t continue to ask for free money from people that have literally given hours of there life away and break there body’s spend time away from family to receive a good wage! If you’re not happy as a company or with how much you make find another job do not email me and ask and ask for tips guys thanks. And I do not give you an email for harassment it’s kinda poopy that I have to give out my own info to buy a effin pizza but hey I guess this is just Canada now

We have ordered at this location many times in the past and it's always been good. Today our order was cold. The meat was tough on one pizza and the crust had a bitter taste. Toppings were sparse. We always pick up as we live close. It's never been cold. Called the location to complain and they insisted it was our fault. Won't be ordering from this location again. What happened to this location ? Did it change owners?
I'm not a fussy person when it comes to pizza I even like it cold but this ended up in the garbage. The crust was hard and dry think, i it may have been reheated. Sadly I might not order again.

This place has to be the worst pizza franchise that does not honor coupons and promos. Ordered a buy 1 one get one with uber eats and i end up with only one pizza. Why did I buy 3 extra dips for? I ordered extra for the free pizza I should have got..these morons dont honour there own promos and at the expense of the customers time. It seems every time I order something from here something always goes wrong. With the 70 plus pizza stores in this small city. your establishment is easily replaceable and stands no chance at being a successful franchise. customer service is all you got.

I ordered online. Website said my food was ready before I walked in. I walked in and said I was there to pickup. I was told to wait 4 minutes. I could literally see my food sitting there, ready to be given to me. But no, I stood there for 10 minutes before someone got around to giving me my food, so I told the girl I wasn't paying for it and walked out. If my food is ready and waiting for me, I shouldn't be left waiting for my food. Your employees can eat those ones, I guess, because I'm not paying for food that has sat, getting cold, for absolutely no reason. No wonder all of the recent reviews are terrible.

Ordered 2 boxes of pizza for delivery. This is what I got!! A bad delivery driver just throw them on the back seat I guess. And Papa John's didn't use a white plastic 3 legs table to prevent it.

Paid $67 for two large pizzas extra cheese on one of them. Funny thing was there was no extra cheese because it had just the same amount as the pizza without extra cheese if not less. Also $67 do you think you might get a little bit more cheese than what was on the pizza? I ordered a super Hawaiian, but it barely had any toppings on it. Not too impressed.
