Yesterday I had a very bad experience at Pizza 73 in Leduc. We placed our order and waited in the car because the staff told us it would take around 10 minutes. We waited outside for about 15–20 minutes, assuming our order was still being prepared.
When my husband finally went inside to check, he found our pizza already sitting on the counter. No one informed us that our order was ready. The staff was sitting on the chairs, eating food with their friends or family members, and they completely ignored us. They knew we were waiting in the car, but still, no one bothered to notify us.
Because of this, the pizza was no longer hot when we received it. It was obvious that the order had been ready for a while, but they didn’t inform us. This felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

If I had the option to give a negative rating,(- 5 *) I would — because even 1 star feels too generous for this kind of management. I ordered pizza yesterday from Pizza 73 in Leduc. I was waiting in the car with my baby, so I sent my husband inside to pick it up. The staff member told him that only the person who placed the order could come in. When I went inside to explain that I had a baby with me, she interrupted me and said, “I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BABY.”
That was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even let me finish speaking. Please think twice before ordering from this Pizza 73 .The staff seriously need training on how to treat customers with respect.
