I worked as a restaurant manager for 15 years, and this kind of thing absolutely matters. It was a tiny, simple request, and customers should not have to fight to get what they already paid for. They eventually gave me what I needed, but the fact that I even had to argue for it is ridiculous. That is NOT customer service.
The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place again.
