Disappointing taste, slices cut into wayward sizes, and too much soggy. One side of the pizza holding all the base sauce, while the other side is devoid of it. Not coming back to this store. Other pizza stores in the town serve things much better. Worst pizza 🍕 place !!

You know.. I’ve given this place way too many chances. More than I’d like to admit. Many times I’ve received pizza missing toppings I’ve ordered and paid for. Their delivery service is sloth speed and one time I’m quite certain the driver did his own thing before delivering my cold pizza with his family in the vehicle with him. Tonight I ordered two of the My Box meals and there are literally two of the crisp style pepperonis per slice. TWO. And it’s supposed to have both styles of pepperonis on the pizzas. Every time I get food from here I get the boneless wings as well and they always have very little sauce on them to the point I’m contemplating licking the dang paper to get any. Their standards are next to nonexistent.

Usually go there for the boneless wings and have never been disappointed. Have never gone to this location but they gave us the equivalent of popcorn chicken size boneless bites. Definitely not what we paid for.

After a not so favorable pizza experience with the ham and pineapple pizza being delivered with very sparse toppings, my daughter talked with the manager to voice our concerns. The manager offered that the next time we ordered that there would be no charge.
Today after my daughter called in an order for a ham and pineapple pizza and talked with the manager, he assured her that the pizza would have adequate toppings. It was delivered and we were impressed with it.
I want to thank the manager for taking care of us and ensuring that our bad experience before was turned into a positive one, renewing our satisfaction to order from pizza hut again.
Thanks to the lady that my daughter talked with on the phone that assured my daughter that the pizza was topped and cooked as per her instructions.
Mistakes can happen, it's comforting to know that there are individuals out there that want the very best for their customers experience.

Do NOT order from here. We ordered pizzas for delivery on the weekend. Our delivery driver showed up and we thought all was good. We opened one of the pizzas and the sauce was non existent and there were barely any toppings. We tried calling multiple times, we left voicemails, and NO ONE responded. NO ONE answers their phone and their customer service is non-existent.
