Ricky's All Day Grill - Leduc Common

We had such an amazing experience at Rickis in Leduc and I want to highlight our server, Lanaya. She was truly outstanding. Her personality was warm, outgoing, and incredibly genuine. She brought so much positive energy to our table and made our visit feel special from start to finish.

Even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time, it was clear that this is her natural way with customers. She was attentive, interactive, and sincerely invested in making sure we enjoyed ourselves. You could also see that the rest of the staff were happy to be there, which speaks to the atmosphere of the whole place.

Our food was excellent and arrived piping hot. The restaurant was spotless as well, including the washrooms, which is something I always appreciate.

This was truly one of the best service experiences I have ever had. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping at Ricki's in Leduc. And if Lanaya is your server, you are in for something special.

We came in today for some brunch, and had Lanaya as our server. She was very friendly and easy to talk to you, and make sure that we are taken care of with our food and drinks and our coffee was never empty! She truly made the experience great with her positive energy and a smile on her face. The experience has made me want to go back there to have more good food and service, I will be returning and bringing more people highly suggested to anyone!

Came here for lunch as we got tired of standing in line at a different restaurant, glad we did. The service was excellent as was the food. Glad we came here and recommend it.

We just had dinner at Ricky's and the server, Deana, was so awesome. She was so friendly and courteous, and she was very attentive to us and she got our order perfect, and may I mention, the food was absolutely fabulous!!! The other servers were also friendly and had smiles just like our server did!! The restaurant is very homey!! We'll definitely be going here again!!!!
