We ordered a pizza with no sauce and no tomatoes, due to allergies. Pizza showed up in approximately an hour as per usual loaded with tomatoes. Called and asked for the order to be corrected and delivered. Well waited another 50 minutes for the pizza. When it arrived it had the absolute bare minimum of toppings and they forgot the dipping sauce we paid for. No apology for the error just an oh ok.

I measured my 10 inch - medium pizza. My measurement came out closer to 8 inches. But I was charged for a medium pizza. What a ripoff. Poor service.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. Our kids got some colouring books and couple papers to colour very good food and extra barbeque sauce and salsa.

Well, it took a long time to get our pizza, and then it was very soggy. The only veggies we had were onion and green pepper. The pieces were very large. I think the slicer was broken, I did complain regarding it. Ask for a separate plate and extra napkins to soak up the juice under the pizza and also to save the crust. My honest option was that it was fantastic the next day after I saved it from the juices. They should actually service it on those holy cooking trays that they are supposed to use. Maybe I'm being picky, but I know great pizza coming from Calgary. They just need to change a few things, and they'll have a winning place as well.

We seated ourselves and the server was prompt and awesome.
I ordered a large Royal, and my son ordered an individual meat lovers.
The pizza took almost 35 minutes to come out. Made very fresh, I guess. The crust was quite tasty and crunchy. I wish I could see more ingredients - they were all under the cheese. Overall, the pizza was tasty.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Had a coworker recommended Leduc Royal Pizza. Ordered a Donaire pizza and a lg Ceasar salad. The Donaire meat was so minimal that it didn't even appear to have any on the pizza. Very bland tasting. I actually pulled back the cheese to look for meat. Just brutal. Had 2 slices of my small pizza and threw out the rest. The Ceasar salad was $14.99 for a handful of romain (most of it a pink color) with generic croutons and generic parmesan dust. What a total disappointment. Not one bacon bit. Not one. How do you charge $15 for that?!? Sorry Royal...I'm one and done.
We had delivery as we are at the hotel. The best pizza we have had in a very long time. The service was great. We will definitely order again. Thank you
