Great food fast service. BUT this is the second time I’ve eaten here and the older of the two ladies that work behind the counter is the RUDEST PERSON EVER. Today she was so rude the people in line behind me were laughing at her.

We have come here for the number three dinner many times. I order noodles, hubby orders rice. It is usually very good. Today the rice tasted 'off' in a big way. Seriously wrong. Rancid or chemical. I called and said as much but didn't feel like it was taken seriously. If anyone gets sick after eating there today, I have no doubt it was the rice. We spit out the taste we took. Hope no one actually ate it. Anyone else notice the bad tasting rice today Sat May 10 at about 6:30pm?

As a Vancouverite, this place isn't so special. Or so you would think.

The food was actually quite fresh compared to the locations I've visited in the lower mainland.

The blackened chicken was very flavorful and not dry (like some other locations)

The Kung pao chicken was, ehh not too great.

The fried rice wasn't on the grainy side either (crazy because usually they'll have at least a few grains in there)

Overall, yeah this is a decent meal.

The food court is nice, spacious and the tables are kept clean.

If I'm in outlet mall again, I would swing by here.

The staff is always so friendly and the food is amazing. We go here every time we go to the mall and we will even order a few and take them home for dinner. I am a friendly person and say hi, so maybe that helps with them being friendly... I just wish this place was in Beaumont.

Terrible attitude from the older lady, she didn't understand what I wanted and got quite angry and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, I will never return to that place again, not even at home do they treat me so badly 🤣🤣🤣

The customer service was horrible, they were giving us attitude as soon as we placed our order.
Also, while she was packing our food half way, she closed our boxes and started helping someone else came after us.
After she help the new person in line and took the paymemt, then she came back to finish our order.
Food was subpar, if she hasn't started packing our food already. We would have just left and went somewhere else.

Food looks good. However, the noodles are bland, the pepper beef had two tiny peices of beef and the rest peppers and mushroom. The ginger beef was very tasty but mostly bread and very little meat inside. Could use some improvements for the price you pay. Paid $15 for 2 items plus noodles

I really enjoyed my food from here today. I had the rice noodles, sweet and sour chicken and broccoli. It was really good and I’d recommend this as a great Chinese food place to eat!

Had a combo 3 with noodles, bourbon chicken and the pepper beef. Food tasted good and the mall location is nice. I’ll go back again
