Love their food and service. I judge all Chinese food places by the quality of their chicken balls, chicken friend rice and ginger beef - and they are a 9 or 10/10 on all! Staff and delivery is always spot on too! I always ask for 10 packets of plum sauce and most places will only send 1 or 2 even when I ask to charge me for extra it’s almost always missed - but these guys got it right!

I usually enjoy Shanghai, we order rather often. Last night I ordered a combo for 4 and instead of the dish included (even if it costed more) i asked if we could switch it eith Cantonese chow mien. They said yes, below is what we got! It had some sauce that was like gravy and the noodles have cooked and different then what we wouod normally get. When you pay 70 plus for a meal, I'm not sure why it has to come different then discussed. I have provided a picture of what was given instead of Cantonese chow mien. The sweet and sour pork was soggy! The ginger beef wasn't too bad, and the beef and broccoli was fresh as well.

Ordered a dinner for 3 last night. Food has no flavour, my guests all thought the same thing. I hoped that maybe it’s better the day after and nope worst. The ginger beef sauce was still in a jelly state after microwaving for 2 mins and the chicken in the chicken balls was hard. Will not ever order from here again.

Less then 1 star.. had meal delivered late missing items and when I asked employee to call back and take the item off the bill they Siad I still have to pay. And the food is absolute garbage. Didn't even have sweet and sour on the sweet and sour pork.?? Absolute disappointment

The Fried rice is not so good its Sour , Soggy . Its like your eating a sticky rice.
We ordered takeout for 5. Everything tasted great. The lemon chicken was delicious. The fried wonton was crispy, and the sauce was right. I always go for chow mein but here I preferred their fried rice over the chow mein.

I had ordered the dinner for 1-c. The container they put it in had no dividers so I ended up getting a gross mushy, soggy rice with dry ginger beef. Might be a good meal to eat at the restaurant, but I would not recommend take out
