My cup literally said no cookie, the barista thought I meant just on top. Well, no cookie pieces means no cookie pieces, at ALL. Refused to fix the problem because she misunderstood what I said. NO cookie. My husband and I cannot eat gluten. So we wasted our $9 drink. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Terrible service.

The quality is good as it’s bucks . But every day I waste my 20 minutes just for a one cup of drink . This place is so irresponsible. Manager were just looking around doing nothing . Every time it’s slow place to go .

ALL THE LADIES ARE BUSY DOING THEIR STUFF, giggling, not paying attention to what customer is saying, doesn’t matter if theres line up in the drive thru or what!! Almost takes 10 mins in the drive thru to get just a drink. Poor service!!!

I placed an order for a fancy latte here , sat in their cafe to work on my desktop for good 3 hours and went back in the same visit to get a free refill for a tea as I didn’t want anymore coffee.
As I was talking to the girl on the cashier end about the refill , this young lady who was one of the crew members intervened and told me that I am only eligible for a refill if I buy their brewed coffee since I have bought the fancier latte I am no longer eligible for any refill . I repeated myself to see if we are on the same page . And she confirmed and asked me to pay for a refill . The way she was putting out this conversation sounded extremely rude and full of ignorance.

Thankfully their manager overheard and decided to correct this overly knowledgeable crew member and told her that no matter what kind of coffee I buy I still get a refill .

This crew member was so non courteous that she started to hide behind their food counter and loudly stating , “ oh well! That’s what I was told .” She kept repeating herself . Never cared to apologize for misleading and one of her coworkers . Girl get your facts cleared .

I was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed. Every time I visit this location, it’s clear the team is overwhelmed and understaffed. The environment feels chaotic and far from the “Starbucks Experience” the company promotes. Nearly every visit involves waiting over 10 minutes, and I genuinely feel for the baristas, who appear to be receiving little to no support from management, as the manager continues to sit at the table while her employees are struggling.

Most concerning, during a visit with my mother on Sunday, I saw a barista sitting with what seemed to be another employee. They were brought a drink by a staff member, and after they left the table, we noticed the cup had “kill me” written on it. This is deeply troubling. If employees are resorting to expressing themselves like this, it’s a clear sign that they are not being properly supported or cared for.

It’s disheartening, and honestly, it makes me hesitate to return—not because of the staff, but out of concern for their well-being. This is unacceptable and far removed from what loyal customers expect from Starbucks. Management needs to step up. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have to witness, let alone work in. Do better.

Shandelier Abundance

This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever visited. The cashier was nice but the refresher tasted bland and not like the usual. The place was dirty and covered in some big flies flying all over. I didn’t bother to eat my sandwich I had to just leave because everytime I tried to eat a fly flew around. Just an awful experience. I could never imagine a Starbucks could be this unclean. Extremely disappointing because Starbucks is usually my go to cafe.
