Starbucks Coffee Company

The level of service here is laughable. Every single we have visited, we’re waiting 20+ minutes for a single drink, regardless of the time of day, or how busy the store is. Not to mention the constant price increases. I would suggest going to the Starbucks on the other side of town.

Just picked up a chocolate protein cold brew. It’s the best coffee I’ve had in such a long time. So much yum. 10/10 baristas!

This Starbucks gets your drink right every time! Very attentive and patient even though it’s constantly busy. The drive-thru can be slow moving but they will go out of their way to still offer a pup cup if they see a furry friend. Sean is my favourite employee, his warm and welcoming energy makes you instantly happy!

Starbucks is fantastic, we don't get the fancy, whippey drinks, but the dark roast and 3 cheese and egg sandwiches are great!!

I usually like this Starbucks but maybe it’s the new staff cause the quality has gone down so much! I don’t want to pay those prices for horrible, watered down coffee. My coffee literally looks like water.

excellent employees, but i’ve never been to a starbucks that didn’t have a pastry display. was here with someone who’d never been… how is one supposed to know what they want?!? Stupidest thing i’ve ever ever seen.

If you want to get air 30 minutes for a coffee please come to this location . Absolutely terrible service. Will NEVER come back to this location . And clearly this place is paying for 5 star reviews because multiple people asked for their money back while i was in this store ….

My cup literally said no cookie, the barista thought I meant just on top. Well, no cookie pieces means no cookie pieces, at ALL. Refused to fix the problem because she misunderstood what I said. NO cookie. My husband and I cannot eat gluten. So we wasted our $9 drink. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Terrible service.

The quality is good as it’s bucks . But every day I waste my 20 minutes just for a one cup of drink . This place is so irresponsible. Manager were just looking around doing nothing . Every time it’s slow place to go .
