This Starbucks is located in a plaza and its a bit tricky to get into as the parking is very busy and there was quite a bit of snow, but the location is efficient and staff is friendly and coffee is good.

Hands down the best Starbucks ever! I placed an order this morning and thought it didn’t go through due to an error. When I called to check, they confirmed it had gone through and were nice enough to remake my drink for me anyway. Truly amazing customer service—thank you so much!

I went through the drive-thru this afternoon and was greeted over the speaker by the most pleasant barrista! She took her time to ensure I would receive the correct temperature steamed milk for my toddler and showed no signs of irritation with my request. Once at the window the order took some time to make, instead of leaving the window closed she opened it up and began to have chat. It was a wonderful change to the usual hustle and bustle of such a busy restaurant. Thank you Jessica for brightening our day 😁

Just went through the drive thru on Dec 3, 2025 at 12:35pm and I had the BEST experience. Super friendly, had helpful recommendations on picking out a new favourite beverage .. they literally created me a drink that was easy for me to order but doesn’t have dairy (as I just found out I can’t have dairy anymore) The fact that they took the time to help me find something new to drink and she even wrote on my cup “I hope you like it” she also had me try it to make sure I liked it. What a sweetheart. You made my day. I did call and I think the woman’s name was Janine working that day. She deserves a raise. Good job guys!! Oh and all our food came hot and tasted awesome.

Charged twice because I think that the server at the window was going too fast with the debit machine trying to get the line going. My drink was lukewarm and chalky. When I called about the overcharge I told them to put it towards whatever Christmas charity they collect for and was surprised to learn that other than the poppy boxes from the Legion that Starbucks doesn't collect for charity. Tim Hortons collects for local charity and of course McDonalds has their Ronald McDonald House. I guess my choice is clear!!
