Was hesitate to come after checking reviews, but there are no other options in the building and outside still snowing. Food is pretty good here and affordable, the service worth for 5 star ⭐, entire experience is good.

Has to be the slowest restaurant in the area, the staff look like they hate their lives and need more sleep. One waiter on shift? There were too many full tables for one person, so it took forever to get service. Educate your staff, give them better training on the menu and on pace.

Went in with our group from work for lunch. It has been a few years since we have had the chance to go out for the lunch buffet at the Executive Royal due to covid restrictions, etc. The lunch buffet was incredibly small. There were only a few items to choose from. The buffet food was bland and cold. Some foods were far over cooked, mushy and dry. A few of us decided to order off the menu instead and to our disappointment that wasn't a better choice. French fries were over cooked and cold. Chicken strips were overcooked and dry. The food quality and selection has certainly plummeted over the past few years and our group will likely not return to try again. Super unfortunate because years ago there was always a great selection of food choices at the buffet at lunch. And it was flavorful and cooked well.

Went for Sunday brunch as advertised on their website. No brunch available, no one in restaurant other than waitress who couldn’t even tell us if there was brunch available or not. Huge fail.

The waitress was sitting at a table with her head down on the table when we first walked in. The hostess had to go and wake her up from her nap. Ordered our drinks and as the waitress was walking away to get them she stuck her hand down the back of her pants. Most grosses thing I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Tried ordering some things off the breakfast menu and they were missing half of the items. Will never go back to this restaurant and highly suggest going somewhere else!

Server was great! But the food fell short, chicken was burnt, steaks were okay and the pirate pasta was gummy and favorless. This would be a good place for travelers to dine before and after there flights. Reasonable prices and decent portions. The open concept is nice but also loud as it is open to the Foyer. In sort we were disappointed, sadly.
