NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Extremely disappointed in the product. We go there because the variety and value of toppings use to be great. However, the last several times we have gone the food has been subpar at best. If I wanted to get a small portion I would have asked for a small portion.

Went in at 11:10pm to order 2 subs. Got the worst attitude from the guy working there. Looked like he didn't even want to serve us because they were closing in an hour. Wouldn't even ask my wife what she wanted on her sub, just stared at her. Then when we went to pay, he had already cashed out his till and looked pissed off cause I payed with cash so he had to go get his register. He threw the change on the counter and didn't even say a word. It's a good thing my wife was there cause he would have got a punch in the mouth. Will never go back to that subway again. We'll be going to the one at discovery way. A lot friendlier there.
Very disappointed, for the price of these subs I expected a bit more. Asked for a great Canadian club made to the recipe with addition of jalapeños and banana peppers. Got the sub didnât have extra cheese, lettuce or tomato like it says it should and hardly any meat. Called to complain, the person who answered the phone couldnât communicate clearly with me or understand what I was saying. Eventually I hung up from frustration. Will not becoming back. But at least they got the jalapeños and banana peppers right

We went to this place for dinner, and the serverâa tall manâwas incredibly rude and had trouble understanding what I was saying. He aggressively tossed the toppings into my sub, and when I asked for a little extra sauce, he responded with even more rudeness.
When I paid for my food, I told him he could be nicer next time, and instead of taking the feedback, he started yelling. I will never be coming back to this place again. If youâre looking for a better Subway experience, the Discovery Way Place location is much better.
I just visited the store for a sub and the tall guy working there was so stupidly rude for no reason like dude if you are not happy to work stay home donât spoil other ppl day would never visit this store again ever.
Need better staff or better trained stafff
I believe her name was Janet or Jamie Iâm not sure, she was a shorter lady and I couldnât see her name tag. But wow. She needs a raise! She made my sub like how subway was 15 years ago. Really good! She made the subway so nicely. Usually this place is like meh, but she really made me feel like a happy customer! Management needs to give that employee a raise!
Preordered from here for our whole hockey team of hungry teens and the employees were great to deal with. The whole process was super smooth and efficient. The employee went out of his way to make sure everything was organized and that we were happy. Wonderful customer service!

Has been ok in the past but today was weird. I asked for a little bit of pepper on my sub. Walked to go grab a drink and paid. I got to work to find they put peppercorn ranch on it. How the hell do you get ranch from a little bit of pepper?

I went here today to grab a sub. I asked for extra meat. Employee was very polite and chatty. I asked for no ham and extra pepperoni. She was more than accommodating and made a suggestion for a different type of sub the next time I come back. I have grown to appreciate subway more. It is always a steady Eddy place to be. I am very picky with food. I hate paying for food that I am disappointed in. Hence forth I like places that are consistent in the food they serve. I am looking forward to my sub at work today. Thank you Liz at subway I greatly appreciate the input today and I look forward to trying the number 20 !
The staff at this subway location were amazing. I had to make a pre-order of 19 subway sandwiches for my hockey team and it was on time, accurate and the sandwiches were exceptional in quality! Thank you to Rianto and the staff - great job! I would highly recommend them to get your subway sandwiches the way you want them done!
