The rumors is true i dont usually give bad reviews to restaurants that i dine, to go and pick up but this is the worse customer service that i’ve encountered. Attendant should create a positive vibe not an attitude of rolling their eyes to customers. A lady and a guy who works this afternoon.If you dont like your job just quit and dont give an attitude to customers Customer are your lifeline in the business You work there to serve not to look down on your customers thinking that your above with anybody remember your in the customer service business you know how to handle stress and not chose any particular customer and you just made my day so bad

Do not go to this subway, service is aweful. Music is too loud so the staff can't hear what you are ordering. Staff are so slow. Subway needs to address the issues with this franchise

I had only a 40-minute break, and as you could understand, I tried to maximize the things I have to do.....but the Asian lady at the counter thought otherwise! She doesn't even "intend" to WORK! She goes around with NO CARE for the customers in line and laughs with her other coworkers. She doesn't even know how to use the lotto machine or check for the prices. I don't understand HOW it is POSSIBLE (IN CANADA) to hire such time waster for people who are in a hurry for work!

We asked if they still have some soup left, this guy said “yes if you order in 3 minutes, I’m closing after 3 minutes.” We wondered why he was closing before their closing time, ah, he wanted to go home asap? He was LAZY and RUDE as heck as other bad reviews. After making sandwiches, he asked us “anything else”, so I asked “what soup do you still serve?” He said “no soup”. I guess he couldn’t understand what we asked first lol
As soon as our payment transaction completed, he pressed the button to put the shutter down, I’m like buddy it’s not 10 yet lol
The HORRIBLE customer service and business management. This location should be reported and shut down immediately. Please avoid this location at all costs??????
