If I could give this place a 0 stars I would this was the absolute worst service and experience I have ever had in this Taco Bell, my boyfriend and I eat here all of the time 2-4 times a week and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. We were going to sit down and eat our food instead of taking it to go but when we saw the place it was a disaster there is mold in the fountain pop drains, the floors are disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned all day let alone looks in 2 days, the tables have garbage and built up crust of some sort on them, the fountain pops were all straight water no syrup in them and I didn’t mention it to them as I hardly have any complaints but all I asked when they brought the food out if they could put it in a bag my exact words “ hey sorry do you mind if we get it to go” the woman said “what” and I said can we get it in a bag please and she rolled her eyes huffed and went to go put it in a bag. She put it in the bag and she threw the bag across the counter and I don’t mean by accident you could tell she was unconvinced and she threw the bag across the counter. The customers waiting for their order were also disgusted and angry when they saw that as I was being polite and in no way did that need to happen, a lady said I would ask to speak to the manager that was horrible I wouldn’t trust that food. I will never be returning to this location again, that was horrible and unacceptable. I called and told them what happened the lady couldn’t care less to what I was saying and when I said I won’t be back she still said well come back and we will replace your order after I told her I wasn’t going back. 0/5

I went to Taco Bell; and I waited over 20 minutes for the food and no one speaks English there, and the restaurant was dirty and the service was terrible I don’t recommend it, food was decent

Wouldn't be leaving this review if I hadn't had multiple horrible experiences with this place, probably worst fast food place in leduc. Last night makes the 5th time now that me and my wife have been overcharged for our food of which we didn't receive half of and to top it off when my wife requested a receipt she was refused and told they couldn't print it again (to me this screams that they knew they have been overcharging and they knew they had given us half our order) this is ridiculous, I will admit I go to this location relatively late (hour to closing usually) but for me to be spending 50 dollars on a couple 12$ value box meals with around 3 "1.50$ add on soft tacos" which for some reason always end up costing me around 6$ each(a large overcharge to charge 4 times the advertised price). To end up receiving 2 box meals with a chalupa and a taco in each then have 2 on the side, both boxes missing the burritos and missing many add on soft tacos that's just ridiculous. I don't think I will be returning as spending 50$ to recieve not even 25$ worth of the food multiple times has left me feeling very ripped off. I guess taco time is our new taco place.

As we all know, prices are rising everywhere. But like at least maintain quality. I wanted to treat myself and so I got a fries supreme today. But there was next to no toppings on it. The smallest dollop on top of like three fries. This is why McDonald's is the best, prices are way better for the quality and consistency you get.

Went by at 8 pm to order food. Staff said they cleaned the grill already and refused to make us any food since they didn't wanna clean the grill again... we said "but you don't close for 2 hours". They said, "no we close at 9:30." Lol, what? You still don't close for an hour and a half then. Said they'd make a quesadilla but they wouldn't cook it. So a cold tortilla with unmelted shredded cheese? No thanks
