Fantastic service. After a significant flight delay the server remembered us and what we were drinking.

The menu sounded so good! The meal looked good until I looked inside, I typically don't and I'm very thankful I did. I ordered the salmon Benedict and it wasn't fresh, some parts were completely grey.
There's no excuses for this, whoever was cooking on 8/4/2025 saw the condition of the salmon and still chose to plate it and serve it with no care if became ill.

Not Safe for Celiacs — Staff Completely Uninformed
I have celiac disease and asked if anything was gluten-free. The waiter had no clue and guessed his way through every answer. He said their fried potato chips were gluten-free — after I asked multiple times — but couldn’t confirm if the fryer was shared. I asked for a manager and instead got someone from the kitchen who told me they “don’t bread anything.” Really? Then why is chicken tenders on the menu?! Clearly fried in the same oil.
This place is dangerous for anyone with food allergies. Zero training, no clear menu markings, and staff just guessing. Absolutely unacceptable.

I fly out of Edmonton International Airport frequently. I always eat here. The staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. Today, Aireen was my server, and she was fantastic - she checked in on me several times and was so nice.

Standard atmosphere of an airport lounge. Service was fine, friendly. I had one piece of tepid soggy avocado toast with an egg on top cooked to perfection but barely lukewarm. Also had an ok coffee. 35.00 tikes

The staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure a great customer service experience.
There are very few options at the US departures section of the Edmonton airport. Thankful for the limited options available.
The issue I experienced was the food. I ordered the yogurt berry bowl and when it came to the table, it was swimming in honey. Not very good. At all.
The saving grace for this review was the staff.

Easy going spot to eat before our international flight to Texas. Good food and nice servers. A little slow at times but we had time to wait.

Horrible. Waited to be seated. Slow service. I waited +20 minutes to receive breakfast food at 6 am. Had to get it boxed up and eat it on the plane as my plane was boarding before my food came. Breakfast food should be quick. Pop some toast in and make the eggs. The meat should already be precooked. Get more options in the US gates.

Food was fine. Overpriced. Very slow for an airport restaurant, had to find the waitress to get our bill. Sat us at a dirty table, never cleaned it. If you have less than 60 minutes just go to

Ashly, the manager is super nice. She came out and answered some questions, going the extra mile to add value. We enjoyed early morning Spicy Bloody Mary and Nachos. It was a great way to leave Canada with the full hospitality of this beautiful country and inspiring people.

Service was friendly, but that Nashville Hot Chicken was terrible. Thin, stringy and burned. The chips were undercooked and floppy like wet potatoes.
Ordered a burger and upgraded to the "truffle fries". What a rip off save the 3 bucks and get the chips. The fries were just normal french fries, my kids meals had more fries then my adult meal. 21 bucks for a 2 oz vodka is a bit steep. Of course it's not on the menu either.
