I ordered brown sugar cream coffee through the app and after driving for 5 km and reaching the store. I was informed that they did have brown sugar cream coffee. This is happening to me for the second time. If you don’t have something in the store. Please update it in the app . Please value customer time and effort to come to your store

Stopped in here for the first time in a long time for a triple triple… unfortunately I believe my coffee had maybe four cream, which made it undrinkable for me… nasty… I really tried though… also somebody in there smelled really strong probably a customer, but that was also nasty…
I really need to look at my coffee before I leave Tim’s cause I can tell just by the colour that it has way too much creamer

10/10 experience. Customer Service was stellar! I believe her name was Jane, my family and I went there around 11:30pm on Saturday evening she was in the drive thru and she went above and beyond. Her customer service is the reason I’ll continue to go.

This is our first time here since the renovation. It looks really chic, but the visual improvements have been offset by a decline in service. Watery cappuccino. It just upsets me. You simply can't buy it anymore. There are no more good Tim Hortons!

Everytime I come here its worse and worse! Ordered sandwhiches through drive thru. So cheap now that they don't even give you a bag just hand you a bunch of loose sandwhiches. Not shocking at all to see this place no longer as busy as it used to be!
