I ordered two double double coffee and both of them had too much sugar in them. No doubt they gave me another one but that too was like it only. Moreover, I asked for another empty paper glass and I in return I got plastic glass although I was ready to pay extra for the cup. The lady just handed me the cup and left without even listening to me. Very bad customer service !!!

Just like most Tim's in Canada, they have terrible customer "service" because they hire only indians who have no concept of customer service and do not understand English or speak it properly.
