My first impression was how clean the store was. Glass case was cleaned while we were there and you could see all the products clearly. Staff was fast and friendly. Will definitely go back to this location when I’m in Leduc.

Shoutout to Bridgette at the Tim Hortons on Sparrow Drive in Leduc (right off Highway 2) – you absolutely made our day! We rolled in with a massive, complicated order for a big group, and on top of that we asked if she could change gloves to avoid any cross-contamination with pork products (religious dietary needs). Not only was she super kind and understanding, she happily asked the cook to change gloves without hesitation, double-checked everything, and still managed to be so patient and polite while juggling our chaos of a order. It’s rare to find someone who goes out of their way like that with such a genuine smile. Bridgette, you’re a gem – thank you for making us feel cared for! We’ll definitely be back (and we’ll be asking for you!). Tim Hortons is lucky to have you! 😊

The lady in the front this morning(wearing a gray tim horton jacket) doesn’t know anything she does. We’re on a bit of rush but she moves so slow. We didn’t get her name because she is not wearing her name tag. She made our orders and most of our order was wrong.
