My daughter was thirsty and wanted a glass of water. I go to this Tims every single day! Philippine lady said they charge for the glass, I was horrified. Like seriously, I took a glass of water at many other places in the past and no one ever said-PAY. Horrible!! This is what we have come to, for bottle, I understand, but a teeny tiny glass of water shouldn’t put them in loss.

On the evening Nov 10 late night shift,received nothing but attitude from the drive-thru lady.Was paying my bill that I asked for a receipt for after I learnt it was an even number. Funny how it wasn't an even number once I requested a receipt.Theres just to many details to write here. Regardless I don't appreciate it or deserve it. Then once home missing a muffin. Over-all was a brutal experience with the customer service.The attitude,trying to rip me off (Regardless of amount of money),and missing part of my order.If I could give 0☆'s I would,but the app won't let me.
