On the evening Nov 10 late night shift,received nothing but attitude from the drive-thru lady.Was paying my bill that I asked for a receipt for after I learnt it was an even number. Funny how it wasn't an even number once I requested a receipt.Theres just to many details to write here. Regardless I don't appreciate it or deserve it. Then once home missing a muffin. Over-all was a brutal experience with the customer service.The attitude,trying to rip me off (Regardless of amount of money),and missing part of my order.If I could give 0☆'s I would,but the app won't let me.

I went to this Timmie’s a few times. Let me tell you. Each time sucked. The management is terrible, seeing the way they treat their under age employees is sickening. Not to mention the cross contamination iv experienced each time, answell ans the unhygienic bakers. Especially Giti, I've witnessed her coughing into her hand then immediately picking up timbits for a customer. I’ve orderd a plain bagel with cream cheese, not plain bagel with random pieces of rice and cream cheese. Iv noticed from my few visits, morning managers being disrespectful to their staff. Yelling at minors for a small mistake isn’t going to fix the mistake. Iv seen reviews saying the kids need to smile more, why should they look happy to be there when it seems like they are getting verbally abused. Sickening. Absolutely terrible management and people in general. Iv seen a male supervisor yelling and making rude remarks to a young female employee. Don’t support this chain of business or at least take into account the unacceptable behaviour from managers and certain supervises regarding the mental well being for there part time students. This behaviour is unacceptable.

Very bad customer service from the lady who was working at 12:40 AM Saturday November.
I called the store multiple times and they did not pick my phone even though the store says open for 24 hours and then after two or three calls, a lady picked up and I asked her if they are still open she said that the dining is closed. I I told her if she can take my order in the driveway because I am a patient from the Leduc hospital and I just got discharged but she was like you need to have a car. How can I have a car if I just got discharged. I was still talking to her on the phone and telling her to take my one small order from driveway but she was like I should go to another store. How can she say that go to another store when I just got discharged and another store is so far and I have no car. And to make the mattress worse she hung up on me as I was still speaking to her and was like buh-bye. Very rude and unprofessional and the employee should be held accountable.
