When I walked in a woman was standing behind the counter watching a video on her phone. She didn't look up to greet me or even acknowledge I was there. She walked a few feet away continuing to watch her video. Another gentleman was much further away and saw I was just standing there without any help, he stopped what he was doing to come help me and apologized for the wait. If I owned this restaurant I would never stand for a staff member to be standing at the till watching videos on their phone and ignoring the customers. The gentleman who helped me was great, the woman on her phone doesn't deserve a job in customer service and the owner should seriously consider the reputation their staff gives off.

Me my girlfriend, brother and cousin went here, all four or us ordered baconater’s and all of the patties were red inside (raw) and the next day all of us were sick, absolutely disgusting. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and never have I cooked a raw burger in my life.

How does it take so long to make burgers? This wendys has gone downhill. Asked to pull ahead... so they could serve 3 cars behind me... and all I ordered was burgers... fish? Chicken? No... just some jbc and a baconator, complex i know. Wendys staff figured i have time to kill, I agree.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s locations in Alberta. Always dirty, always slow and rude service. It’s not unusual to wait 10 minutes at the till before they’ll even acknowledge you.
Usually always a great experience at this Wendy's! That seems to be a tall order these days in fast food but this team seems to be getting it right each time I've visited :) Way to go!

I bought a baconator combo on door dash and did not receive MY BURGER and only got a $5 refund when the baconator alone is $12

Only thing I was happy about was the quick service, but the reason it was so quick was because they just slapped everything together with no meaning. The burger is sad, and the salad came with barely any dressing. Service was good but that's about it.
If you're really hungry (like I was) do not come here, you will spend way more than you need just to get disappointed. Please consider other options to fill your gut. Thanks!
