Went here yesterday, asked for shredded cheese instead of blue cheese in my apple pecan salad and extra pecans. The guy at the drive thru was less than pleasant, no thank you or any kind of customer service, never even spoke a word. Got home to find out they did nothing of what I asked, had blue cheese and no extra pecans. Fries were luke warm. Was a wasted trip, I’ll definitely pick somewhere else next time.

Closing 20 minutes before the advertised (and confirmed by employees afterwards) time and then lying about it is a pain for customers. Too bad, the food was good when I was able to get it.

10 min for food. Fries sat under heat lamp for 5 minutes, then in the bag for 5 minutes. Got my food and the fries were 3/4 dumped on the bottom of bag. Fries cold by the time I walked to my car. Little pieces of shrivelled lettuce on my burgers! The staff literally doesnt care at all! Very poor management!

Absolutely horrible service. Got our order wrong multiple times, forgot the toy in the kids meal, and no one spoke actual English. Why are you in rural Alberta if you can't even hold a conversation and act smug when confronted on your mistakes?
At least the food tasted like expected from Wendys.

This restaurant has displayed the worst customer I have ever seen more then once. Tonight was the last time I will experience this from a Wendy's restaurant. The person answering the phone was TERRIBLE , their service was terrible. They won't listen and they will just hang up. They are never willing to rectify their mistakes. Terrible service all around, i am actually contacting head office over this recent incident.
This location lacks customer service and our orders are never right. Ordered a Dave's double and recieved a baconator. Ordered a medium combo and got a small. They also do not gove you a receipt and when you get them to correct their mistake, they will seem annoyed and will not say anything to you. We will not be returning to this location.

Usually love going here for breakfast.... Too bad this is the third time I have found egg shells in my sandwich. I can not complain via email as they seem to forget the receipt. It is not hard to make sure that there is no shells in the breakfast. Please do better.

I was torn today for a breakfast or a lunch. So I went with a burger today. I was pleasantly surprised as I asked for extra lettuce and no tomato. ( I feel they can slip any crappy tomato in and you take it off anyways ,,,) extra lettuce it was and it worked out great. Burger was fresh made with a side of chili. Looking forward to coming back !

I come here often and everyday I can hardly wait to come again. The staff that work there is great especially Lei, very helpful and the customer service is top notch. Place is clean and it feels warm and inviting when you visit. I wouldn't go to another Wendy's
