Went for a quick bite after a Costco run. The Lady behind the counter was flat, stand offish and somewhat rude. No smile, no eye contact and just looking like she hated the world. The atmosphere mimics the greeting which in this case was non existent. I get it it's probably not the greatest job but when I am given attitude or not greeted at all it makes for a crappy experience.

I asked for a straw for my drink and was told no, they don’t have straws anymore because the plastic lids make it into a “sippy cup”. How the heck am I supposed to hold my LARGE drink and use it as a sippy cup? For one thing, I’m not a two-year old. Secondly, in order to “sippy sip” a large size Wendy’s drink, I have to hold it with two hands. While driving, this is highly dangerous. If I’m dining in, I used to be able to take a sip of my drink hands-free (while the drink is sitting on the table). Now I have to pick it up with two hands. How is getting rid of PAPER straws good for the environment, when the PLASTIC part (the cup and lid) still exist? I have been going to Wendy’s for years but since I like other fast-food restaurants equally well that DO offer straws, I will no longer be a Wendy’s customer. Goodbye Wendy’s.

Service was garbage, even though the hot fries made up for it. We felt like we were bothering them to ask for basic things like ketchup. Our order was the second one taken and like 5 or 6 orders were completed before ours. Disappointed in the iced tea selection.

Stopped by at Wendy’s Nisku today with my daughter. As always. the food and service were excellent. Sherry is always very friendly and will go out of her way to help you. She always says hi and has a great personality. Definitely check this Wendy’s out.

On a positive note, food was decent. Let down by surly staff and an unpleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Best bet is to get drive thru and sit in your car to eat it - would be a more pleasant experience.

Brand new Wendys looks good but did not match quality in the food department. Took nearly 20 minutes to get our food and the staff made several mistakes. Spicy chicken was like rubber. The salad was not good, and the burgers had no seasoning in them at all.
Food was gross ; tasted like the burger was left in fryer All I could taste was grease just disgusting !!!

Lots of parking here. Bathrooms were clean and tidy for the most part, and 3 personal washrooms. The foods decent, it’s Wendy’s. Staff was a little cold, but I went here quite early morning. Overall good experience. Enjoy!

I stopped by just this morning to get a breakfast and I ordered bacon wrap, potatoes wedges, and syrup on the side. Later I found that there were only two items in the bag, wrap and syrup☹️ I know it could happen by mistake but please be more careful. You weren’t even busy I was the only customer that time…Ughh it sucks when I get less food than I ordered.

The Cobb salad and green tea was the perfect lunch on a hot day! Sherri was super wonderful! ?Nice, convenient location by the YEG costco gas station. Don't forget to get the $0.99 frosty... available for a limited time only. Thanks for lunch!
