Horrible customer service, I’ve never left a review before and I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years, but after this last experience I had to give a bad review because I’m over how they treat you here compared to places like wok box leduc
They will always give you the smallest portions they can and are never generous in any area, wok box treats their customers way better and want their customers to return. Wok box has lazy workers who couldn’t care any less. Im sorry but when I order a regular burrito and get half a scope of protein and then charge extra just to get a fair amount of protein, that’s just not right and I can’t justify coming back here. Remember uber eats

Had a chicken dish could not bite through any of the pieces of chicken. Vegetables had a weird taste. Just going to throw it out. Maybe put some hot sauce on the plain rice so I can eat something I paid for

Wok box is always amazing, I found the spice level for my Thai Red Curry dish to be a bit more than my usual and I didn't mind at all. I also really liked their take out container styles in comparison to other locations I've been too.

Stopped by Wok Box in Leduc and was really impressed. The teriyaki chicken stir-fry was delicious—fresh veggies, tender chicken, and a perfect balance of flavors. Portions were great for the price, and service was quick. Definitely a solid option for tasty, fast Asian food. Will be back!
