Happy to have found this spot! The doughnuts were fresh and fluffy, but I found them to be kind of underwhelming (especially the toffee one as there was such a minuscule amount?). But the iced latte and caramel macchiato were great!

While visiting Lethbridge we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. I pre-ordered some spudnuts on the arise website to make sure there were some left for us when we arrived. The baking and drinks at arise are safe for people with milk or egg allergies, those who are lactose intolerant, or vegan. But you do not have to be vegan to enjoy something from this menu. The London Fog, and Chai Latte were my favourite drinks. The cinnamon buns are huge, so have someone in mind to share it with! Check out the baking, and drinks at arise, and while you are there check the freezer for heat at home meals and soups.
Excellent service, and product! Bad hours. Opens after most people go to work and closes before most people get off work. It's a "treat yourself" experience but likely not an everyday source of your cup of joe.

Arise coffee is excellent! I had the most delicious iced latte and cinnamon bun this morning and highly recommend you make a visit to try their coffee if you haven't already. Plus they've got a cool neon sign inside.

Great little coffee place. There is a different quality to the coffee and the matcha which makes it taste like it's made with tonic water, but it's in a good way. They also bake fresh donuts daily.No air conditioning inside so it was cooler outside on the parklet.
