However, as I was hitting the ORDER button I realized the order was going to the downtown location on Scenic. So I called that store to see if they would credit me back my money — they called the Uplands store and asked them if they would make my drink for me and they would square up amongst themselves. Well they did — so I got my London Fog with extra vanilla!!! And I didn’t have to drive across town to get it!!! And they did it all with a smile to boot!!!“
