The food and drinks are great here but whoever is in charge of music, shouldn't be, we sat listening to very loud pounding dance music without lyrics for at least an hour which is wildly different from the style of the restaurant. Im a young woman and it was difficult to talk to each other when you can't hear the other person. Ambiance is important when dining. I get the upbeat party vibe but please have someone else curate the playlists. *This isn't Hudson's, it's not a nightclub and doesn't need to be*

I loved that table chips and salsa were part of the Blanco experience and was very disappointed to hear that they no longer offer this unless you pay. Took away from the experience and felt we got less value.

I was there with a friend last night around 9pm, the server that brought us our tableside guac was SO GOOD. Management needs to know how polite and impressive this man is. For a younger guy he was SO proper, articulate, helpful, and he maintained eye contact with confidence with 2 babes. Above and beyond professional. Think this guy needs a promotion. He had kind of spiky/longer hair and served us on the rooftop. Would return.

We had a fantastic experience at this taco spot! Malcolm greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm — he made us feel right at home. His recommendations were absolutely on point: the Baja shrimp, double shrimp, spicy chicken tacos, and more… each bite was bursting with flavor. And the Grapefruit Jarritos? The perfect refreshing touch to the meal. Exceptional service, delicious food — definitely a 5-star visit!

Worst experience I've ever had. I was with a party of 20 colleagues on the roof with beautiful weather, and while the atmosphere is genuinely nice and unique, the entire area is infested (literally) with bugs. Everyone's drinks had floating dead flies and live ones crawling all over you, your table, and your food. My party of 20 was confined to 3 small tables but should have been accommodated with at least 4, as we were completely crammed together. The service was honestly abysmal. It wasn't crazy busy, and there were plenty of waitresses around, and yet our party of 20 barely had any check-ins from staff. When we did have a waitress, my co-worker asked for no spice or cilantro in his food since he has serious IBS problems, and yet his food had everything in it. When we didn't have a waitress (which was most of the time), I counted at least 4 times members of our table had no other choice than to approach waitresses at the bar who simply weren't doing much. I was the 5th person who was forced to do this when I approached the bar to ask for my bill. However, I was told by one of the waitresses enjoying the bar shade that I need to sit back down and wait for the waitress who took my initial order. I then had to ask my colleagues to scoot over so I could cram back into my little spot and waited patiently for 20 minutes for my bill while observing 3 waitresses leaning against the bar, one of them being on their phone. I will never ever be going back to Blanco.

The table-side guacamole was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and such a fun touch—and the margaritas were hands-down some of the best we've ever had. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and kind Emma was with the young children at our table. She went out of her way to make sure they were comfortable and happy, engaging with them and even making them laugh. It absolutely brightened their day—and ours! Thank you, Emma, for your exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

After crying in my car for 17 minutes straight, I staggered into Blanco. I had just been emotionally KO’d by life itself and thought, “If I’m going to be sad, at least let me be sad with tacos.” A server, Emma, approached my table. She floated over like she had descended from a higher plane where margaritas solve all problems and guac doesn’t cost extra. I told her I was emotionally unwell and she said, “I got you.” AND SHE DID. She delivered every. single. time. She looked into my eyes and gave me hope. Her menu recommendations were so accurate I briefly considered her psychic. The birria tacos? Life-changing. The margarita? Basically therapy in a glass. The vibes? Absolute. Emma healed me. Blanco healed me. I now see the world in colour. I am forever thankful. for Emma.. for Blanco... Thank you.

It's like walking into Mexico! Amazing food, bit on the pricy side but it's authentic Mexican cuisine - no TacoBell vibes here! I had the chicken fajitas with the corn tortillas which were so good. My daughter had some of my chicken and rice, along with tater tots on the side as there aren't any kid menus here unfortunately. But she enjoyed the food as well! Atmosphere is loud even though it wasn't too busy, but still able to hold up a conversation. Overall, a hidden gem in downtown Lethbridge! Would recommend!
