We were seated right away. Ordered drinks and dinner, Jalisco Hot Chicken Tacos and Beef and Cheese Burrito. All very good and very reasonably priced. Also great service. Will definitely go again.

Today I came to Blanco Cantina in Lethbridge for Taco Tuesday and had an amazing experience. I ordered the shrimp tacos, and in the past I’ve also had their quesobria tacos—everything has been absolutely delicious and very authentic. I loved the variety of hot sauces available to customize each taco.
The service was outstanding. Our server Taylor was incredible—super sweet, genuinely kind, and full of great recommendations. The food came out very quickly, which made the experience even better.
The space itself is beautiful and fun. The restaurant blends original old-school brick from the historic building with modern, colorful art, creating a vibrant, stylish atmosphere that feels both cozy and fresh at the same time.
If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend Blanca Cantina. 🌮✨

Decent place to eat. Came in at happy hour and tacos were a great price and pretty tasty. Food came really fast which is always awesome. The street tacos were loaded with meat and the meat was tasty. The tacos did need some kind of salsa or sauce to put them to the next level. Overall we look forward to coming again and trying more of the menu.

Blanco’s deserves five stars and then some. The food was incredible, but the real highlight was our server, Eleni. She was on top of everything. Drinks magically refilled, food arrived hot, and somehow she knew what we needed before we did. I’m not saying she can read minds, but I’m also not not saying that.
She was friendly, funny, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Amazing service, great vibes, and an all-around fantastic night.
