I ordered the lobster rolls through door dash and was astounded by how bad they were. For starters they were cut maybe 3 centimetres in with a tiny amount of coleslaw and lobster filling that had all fallen out — maybe due to a delivery issue but probably because they were so poorly assembled. I’m gluten free so I will almost always give grace on sandwiches and such for that but aside from the horrific preparation the bread was noticeably stale. Along with that the filling after I finished cutting the bread and filling the rolls was comparable to what I would expect from tuna out of a can. The rolls as a whole were so dry I couldn’t finish more than one. If you’re looking to spend 40$-50$ a plate for tiny portions and stale food then this is the place for you. Otherwise spend your money elsewhere

It's one of the better chain restaurants in Lethbridge, but not overly amazing. The atmosphere was fine, and the service was good. The food was fine, but I found the fries were a bit too salty, and I didn't love how they crafted the Po'boy (what I had). I was expecting smaller shrimp so it would be easier to eat in an actual sandwich, not large shrimp that just fell out of the sandwich.

I've only been once, but I didn't enjoy it. The food was ok, service was not great, but I did like the vibe. I do have friends that have liked it, so to be fair, I'll go back and give them another chance in case it was just a bad day for the server. Her recommendation was not good and her service was even less impressive.

Im never fond of writing bad reviews but after hearing nothing but good things about this place my experience was sadly a regrettable one

my burger was flavorless and bland, and when I brought it up to the server she was rather rude, saying everyone else really likes that burger and they dont normally get complaints. I told her something must have gone wrong with making mine then because it tasted bland and unseasoned.

I work in kitchens, I know what an unseasoned burger tastes like, I also know that this shit happens and its not big deal, but she really fought me on sending it back.

I ended up being charged for both burgers and had to call them to get a refund on the burger I didnt even eat.

I get mistakes can happen in the kitchen, and I personally hate wasting food so I normally wouldnt send anything back unless its pretty bad. The server definitely treated me like I was trying to swindle a free meal even though I told her I would pay for a new burger and even offered to keep my original side so they wouldnt have to toss everything.

we were transfered to a different server as our original server's shift had ended and the rest of out meal was enjoyable and she was very polite. I believe it may have been an accident that we were charged for both burgers in the switch over but it was still a pretty lame experience to have as a first time customer.

I will say their nachos are excellent ? and if i eat there again thats probably the only thing id order unfortunately ?
