I do love this place they are fast and efficient, however I will say the ladies working late Wednesday 19th November, very loud distracting customers as well as workers from different stores (telus as well as my store) Just hope they are more professional in the weeks to come.

I visited this Booster Juice and the experience was great. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and my smoothie was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. The store was clean and welcoming, making it a nice spot to stop for something healthy on the go. Definitely a reliable choice whenever I’m in the area.

On September 29 around 4pm me and my friend ordered a drink and the East Indian lady who took our order was rude and made a face. We thought maybe she is just having a bad day but while we were waiting for our drink to be made she made rude comment towards another customer in hindi to her coworker. Maybe she didn’t know that I speak hindi language too. I guess work a different job if you can’t even do the bare minimum for customer service. It doesn’t cost a dime to be just polite.

not sure what is going on at this location but it doesn’t seem to be doing as well as they usually are. this is my go to location as my smoothies always taste great and the staff are friendly. i’ve noticed them only having one employee working at busy times and it is easy to see they are being overworked. it doesn’t seem fair to the staff so i hope management can fix that. as well as i was at the mall this week on august 25th going to get my smoothie just before 11 and their TV’s were off and it seemed like the place was closed, but there was somebody there. i did not and up getting my smoothie since it didn’t seem open. i hope this place can get back to normal

I have been a fan of Booster juice for over 20 years and have often enjoyed many flavour/nutritional options. My husband always gets a Funky Monkey so is a consistent fan but today we ordered a Funky Monkey and a Matcha Monsoon at the Booster Juice in the mall in Lethbridge and were very disappointed. They seemed flavourless and watered down. More ice in them than frozen yogurt I think. One of my favourite gifts to give is a Booster Juice gift-card but if this is the new normal, I will not be doing it anymore 🙃. Disappointed.

To the employee who made my smoothie this morning; Thank you for your honest opinion about adding whey to the Brazilian thunder. Sometimes you just don't know! That was the best smoothie I've had from Booster with whey! It totally should be a regular menu

I wouldn’t say I am a regular customer but, I always order the same thing ( The Funky Monkey) only this time the taste was no existent literally, the only thing I can taste was the plain almond milk. I don’t know if all there shakes taste plain as this but, I will not go back to support this location. I would of gave it 0 stars if I had the option
