Unfriendly, unwelcoming atmosphere. No one has greeted me the past several times I've gone in. One person working on a weekend isn't enough to be efficient, so although I ordered on the app and was supposed to wait 8 minutes, I waited more than twice as long - only for the person working not to call out my name and tuck my smoothie in a fridge instead. I waited for them to serve several other people before I finally asked for my already-prepared smoothie, which I could see sitting in the fridge the whole time. I missed more than half of my break at work just to pick up my app order.

I really appreciate the service provided by Tanu few days ago. I ordered Banana’s A- Whey smoothie. she took my order and made it nicely and quickly. I would love to visit this location again.

Rude staff (for the second time). No acknowledgment when walking in to SPEND MONEY supporting this business, felt rushed both times and the store had no other customers while I was there. This is a Customer Service Industry… where is the standard of service? Next time I’ll head over to a different location.

Almost always have very prompt and courteous service at this location. It can be very busy here during the summer months. My favourites are definitely the Mango Hurricane and the Berry Cream Sensation.

If booster juice west Lethbridge claims to be open till 8pm on a Sunday and they say they will not serve someone at 7:55pm what is the point of being open. Yes it's 5 minutes before close however you're in the service industry and should be willing to serve customers up till closing.

Friendly staff but it seems corporate removed the dairy-free protein booster. Booster Juice was great if I’m working from out of town and needed a fast alternative to a full breakfast, but now I basically won’t be going back.
