Overall I like this bakery. There have been some disappointments though. The cheese herb bread tastes like it should be in a bird. All I can taste is savory; I can't even taste cheese. And it is not a cheap loaf of bread. I think it was $8. I do like the buttery/soft cheese buns, but they are not the best I've ever had. The donuts are very good, and large, and there is a nice selection of other sweet treats. The most favorite thing here for me though is the sausage rolls. And I love that you can get regular or "a touch of Dutch". The latter is my favorite. The only difference is Maggi is added to the Dutch, but it adds another level. They are delicious! I also REALLY appreciate that they have a great selection of cakes, that are made and ready to go. You can pre-order cakes as well, but if you forget or need one last minute, you can find one here. There are few bakeries in Lethbridge that make cakes, and I doubt that you could walk in for one.

Edit: Sept 7 2024: Went in for a birthday cake, asked for raspberry, was told they didn't have any (I've bought it in the past).. Was shown a red cake and told it was red velvet. After cutting into it, I knew immediately this was not red velvet. It was too pale and had an acidic/lemon smell. After a few bites, I still couldn't identify what the flavor was, but the icing had a hint of lemon, and I found what could be dehydrated raspberry, then found a clump of cocoa or oreo cookie, not sure... in the end, this might have been a mishmash leftover stuff cake. Maybe I'm not sure, but I'm definitely not impressed and will not get a cake here again. The cake looked great, but the taste is really off and not appealing at all, especially the random chunks of unmixed ingredients throughout the cake.

Cake was nice a little sad though as I had requested light pink icing and got straight white … Cake had good flavour but a stale texture. Also prepare for a TON of icing in between cake layers and little cake. :(

my boyfriend ordered a custom cake for my birthday and it turned out so cute! it was very tasty and also survived a 40 min drive to the lake lol. definitely recommend!
We called to have a unicorn cake made for our daughter’s 4th birthday. It was brilliantly crafted and “the best cake I’ve ever tasted”, according to our guests.
