I ordered a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and matching fancy cupcakes (as seen on their website as I'm from out of town) with yellow and orange roses for my parents’ 50th anniversary. When I picked up, there were no orange roses, cupcakes were mixed vanilla and chocolate with basic icing that was uneven. To top it off the cake turned out to be chocolate—not what I ordered. The only thing they got right was the Happy 50th Anniversary. The staff confirmed my order form said yellow and orange but only apologized and offered no solution or follow-up. I spent $108 on something completely different from what I requested and honestly looked like something I could get at a grocery store. I am absolutely gutted. A beautiful cake for a 50th Anniversary is as important as a beautiful cake for a wedding. I hope the owner reaches out to make this right.

The lemon Danish was ah-mazing. I enjoy the iced lavender London fog, too, eventhough it was tiny. The fuzzy peach cheesecake was disappointing because of its dry texture, but I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet. Service was very friendly. I'll be back for more danishes!

I was pleasantly surprised how good the pastry was. From the doughnuts to the strudel to the sausage roll. It was all good and the employees were friendly and helpful. My wife loved her hot cocoa too. I would go there again, if ever in Lethbridge again.

Just watch the dates on their baking, as they sell day-old goods at full price which I have never seen at a professional bakery
Here we go! Bootsma Bakery is legitimately amazing. You don't need to go anywhere else. The donuts are amazing, the cheese buns (oh the cheese buns 🤤) I crave. They are super friendly, local, and have an easy to find location.
Thanks for providing great baked goods!

Two cookies and six buns were $28 !!! In my opinion, they were not any better than Safeway Bakery which is a lot less. They use some sort of tablet based cash register. There is not a customer facing device showing the price and there's just a 'tap' device. If I had known how much I would not have purchased this ordinary stuff.

I picked up one of their cakes recently, and not only was it stunning to look at—it tasted even better! Moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet, just the way a cake should be. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Whether you need something elegant or fun, this place has it all.

This bakery is amazing. Pulled up late (after they should have been closed) and they kept it open for me and supplied me with an amazing selection of donuts to take to my staff. Thanks so much.
