If I could give Naomi more than 5 stars, I would.

Tonight at Boston Pizza, I didn’t just get dinner — I got an experience. Naomi wasn’t just a waitress; she was basically a one-woman Broadway show, therapist, and food guide all rolled into one. She didn’t just bring water; she brought it with the grace of a seasoned sommelier describing a fine vintage. She didn’t just take my order; she predicted it, like some kind of psychic pizza wizard. When my food came out, it looked so good I was half convinced Naomi baked it herself in the back, fueled purely by kindness and positive energy. At one point, I joked that I might not finish my pasta, Naomi gave me the motivational speech of a lifetime, the kind you’d expect from a coach in a sports movie. Next thing I knew, plate cleared, victory secured.If you ever get Naomi as your waitress, just know: you’re in for more than a meal. You’re in for a memory. Boston Pizza, protect this woman at all costs, she deserves her own statue in the lobby.

Our server Konner K should be commended for his professionalism and kindness. We were seated and then Konner came to take our drink and food order. I thought it was taking a while to get our food as I had a hungry family.
He said it had got taken to the bar. He apologized over and over.
I took note that he was serving the whole restaurant while the other servers were busy talking and rolling cutlery not even asking him
If he needed any help.
He got our order out as fast as he could needless to say we were late for our movie.
Konner discounted our bill as he felt so bad.
I hope those other servers realize people are watching and listening to them discussing their weekends and rude customers.
I hope Konner sees this!!!!!!!!!!

DISAPPOINTED AND HURT @ Boston Pizza – 2041 Mayor Magrath Dr S, Lethbridge, AB

I am deeply disappointed and hurt by the experience I had at this Boston Pizza location on Saturday, July 26, 2025, between 9–10 PM. As a Black traveler visiting Lethbridge and staying at a nearby hotel, I stopped by this restaurant simply looking to have a decent meal. Instead, I encountered the most disrespectful and humiliating treatment I’ve faced since arriving in Canada.

After being told to wait 30 minutes to be seated (which I accepted), I was finally given a table. While waiting for my order, a family walked in and shockingly told the staff they were uncomfortable sitting near a Black man. What happened next left me stunned: instead of addressing this unacceptable and racist remark, a Boston Pizza staff member had the audacity to come over and ask me to leave my table.

I felt embarrassed, unwelcome, and completely helpless. I calmly walked over to the booking desk and asked for a refund. Thankfully, the supervisor refunded me in cash and admitted this kind of situation has happened before, which is even more disturbing.

It is completely unacceptable that a national restaurant chain would prioritize the comfort of racist customers over the basic dignity and rights of a paying guest. This kind of stereotypical and discriminatory behavior has no place in Canadian society — or any society.

I am sharing this so others are aware and to urge Boston Pizza’s leadership to train their staff on anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. No one should feel less than human when all they wanted was a meal.

I come here all the time after work and I am always met with kindness. Jordy is by far my favourite server, she’s also so happy and fun to talk to, but is also very chill and gets when you need space. She’s dope and I always get hyped when I see that she’s working. Girl definitely deserves a raise

Was there for a small family get together of six adults. We ordered nachos & thai bites for starters. The nachos came with almost no toppings. Just a bunch of the chips with a sprinkling of cheese and ground beef. The salsa and guacamole was served in a little tiny side dish barely half filled and was enough for about two people if they were eating it very sparingly. We pointed that out to the server and she agreed and brought us to an extra serving of guacamole and salsa that was filled properly. The main dishes were the signature salads with chicken, pizza and another dish I can't remember. We had asked if we could replace the sauced chicken served with the salad with a grilled chicken instead and they said that would be a 30% up charge on the meal! When we did get the salads there was a very few items in the salad. We've eaten these dishes before at other Boston pizzas and it comes with a healthy assortment of items in the salad other than just lettuce. For this location the non lettuce items were so hard to find we had to aggressively search for them in the salad. Overall very tiny amounts of the corn and other items were found. The dish was mostly lettuce a little bit of chicken and nothing else.
The restaurant was very busy and very noisy. Fortunately we had made reservations. Server was polite but seemed to be new and overall we think the chef was working with a food shortage or he was too new at the job to understand what the dish was supposed to look like. I would only recommend the tie bites. We also ordered some of the signature summer drinks and they came out lackluster as well. They looked nothing like the pictures and taste seem to be mediocre at best. Order a lemonade and you'll get the same.

There was 4 of us and my wife had the lasagna. She was not impressed with the lasagna. The tomatoe sauce tasted like it was from a can and the cheese on top was minimal. It was a disappointing meal for her, and she only had a few bites.... never again.

I Head worst experience ever. we have more than 10 people and they don’t have enough space to set so we asked to Person who is serving us if she can connect the table and make as a one table But she told us that we need to do by ourselves that we need to connect three tables by ourselves, like what kind of the service is it ?she’s throwing tantrums and attitude when she was taking our order Me and my family is regular visiting the Boston pizza particular this location because we love food, but the customer service is worst😡
