Disappointing. We arrived to pick up our order, we were next in line and the manager chose to serve people who skipped the line. I barely got a handful of soggy fries with my sandwich. Won't be back.

Hello, I came to your restaurant for lunch, but your staff refused to seat me because I had my own drink with me. I explained that I was planning to dine in and order lunch from the menu, but they still asked me to finish my drink outside or in my car. This felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I understand that outside beverages may not be allowed, but the situation could have been handled much more politely — for example, by offering to hold the drink at the host stand while I ate. As a result, I was essentially turned away, left without lunch and completely without any good mood. Thank you for your attention.

My wife & I have never been to this location..from the moment we walked in until leaving the service food w everything was absolutely great
More than 2 weeks ago my order was wrong, it happens…was busy and the snotty hostess said “Glad you ordered take out, too busy for more people”. But what really upset me is I ordered online and they automatically added a tip. I reached out the restaurant, they said they would make it right and here I sit waiting for a response. Worst customer service in town. I paid $60 to pick up 2 pastas, you added a tip after messing up the order, have rude staff and now an empty promise to make it right. Horrible management! Will post daily until you respect your customers!!! Filled out your survey more than once so maybe do something besides deflect!!

We had ask for the server numerous times. Our drinks were empty almost the entire night. Some of the worst service I have had. Then we were charged an automatic gratuity for poor service and they also asked for an additional tip
