Please, Please, please teach your staff how to work the television!!!! Stanley Cup playoffs , 4 games in tonight and we’re watching basketball and baseball. 2 hockey games were on the TV. The server just kept telling people “OK” grab the remote and didn’t change the channels for the Winnipeg or Vancouver game. Both games could be on at the same time.

Empty tables were not cleaned, the front staff were not on the entry desk but could be heard chatting. The place was fairly empty but we were seated very near 4 loud and boisterous male teenagers.I won't go back.

Jambalaya tasted like a can of spaghetti. No spice, no flavour. It used to give you heat and you knew you were eating a Cajun dish. Save yourself money and just pick up a can of chefboyardee, it’s tastier than the Jambalaya and a tenth of the cost. We used to love BP pasta nights but we’ll never go again.

Have been here many times. Have always had good experiences and good food! Great place to take kids, and I really appreciate the gluten-free options. Would recommend to anyone

I went here recently for a quick bite to eat and it was amazing! I had Nicole as my server and she was incredible! Super nice girl. The food was also great, definitely recommend!
It was literal children running the place, which is okay if they take their job serious enough. (Which they don't) The hostess at the door seem stuck up, and the food runners are all children. It was my daughter's 8th birthday, and they stuck us in the cold corner under the loud TV that had the music ridiculously loud and with bad language. (Im not in a night club?) When our server came to greet us at our table, he was the one who noticed the music was loud and he turned it off. I wish I got our servers name cause he was the only good one there. My daughter pizza was burned, and so were my husband's pizza. Since it was my kids birthday she was so excited to get her dessert, she picked out the worms and dirt. There was only 1 worm in it, and it was mainly just chocolate pudding. Not much cake crumble. She did not like it. We picked the West side BP to try something new, as we usually go to the south BP. We won't ever go back to the West side BP. It was overpriced experience of $90. Not worth it, sadly. I use to love going to Boston pizza as a kid.

My chicken parmigiana and salad was delicious. The pasta not so great, sauce was like water down.
Boston Pizza is a gem! I absolutely enjoy dining there, especially because of their fantastic vegetarian options. The variety is impressive, catering to different tastes. Personally, I'm hooked on their cactus cut – it's a must-try! The ambiance is great, service is top-notch, and with such a delightful menu, Boston Pizza has become my favorite spot for a satisfying and tasty meal.

The pizza was too salty, but the service was spectacular. I would love to come back here again because this is the first mistake I came across. I hope they change.

Cheerful waitress, (but I hate the "any plans for the evening"question as you're paying the bill!)Tasty meals and our rowdy little two year old blended in....pretty fair

I dropped into this location a week or so ago for the first time in a while. I tried a new appetizer -- Warm olives and pizza bread. This is one of the best appetizers I've ever had at a BP. I hope it stays on the menu. I know it would cost a little more, but including a small side of tzatziki would really kick this appetizer to the next level!

I went there for my birthday dinner and although the server was nice, the food and drinks were disappointing. My mom ordered a draft beer but said it didn’t taste right. We ordered a new menu item and it didn’t look anything like what we thought it would, it was like a flatbread. We also ordered another pizza but this pizza we packed up because we couldn’t finish…so when we decided to have the pizza at home, we found a greyish/white short hair in it. Mostly disappointed at the lack of back of house food handling but also the draft drink and that the rest of the food was not as expected.
