My husband and I went here for a date night the other week, my husband wouldn't stop hyping up the restaurant. I have never been before, to be honest I was kinda nervous because the food sounds super fancy lol when we walked in I didn't realize how small the restaurant actually was, it's cozy and fills up fast! I got a really good drink "get there" I believe is what's it's called, my husband enjoyed some white wine which smelled really good. I had the cream of cauliflower soup and the carbonara, my husband had the bone marrow and the prime rib. My husband was in heaven eating that bone marrow and the prime rib was like butter and it came with probably the best mashed potatoes I have had at a restaurant before. My soup was absolutely delicious and my pasta was divine, the carbonara wasn't traditional as it has peas in it but holy does the peas add such a great touch, so fresh! You know that scene from Ratatouille when Remi eats the strawberry (I think) and the cheese? And he sees all the swirls?? Well let me tell you, we saw swirls lol. Over all the dinner was amazing the staff where awesome and we can't wait to come back! Next time I can't wait to try the wellington! And I NEED that pasta again lol

I highly recommend Bourbon and Butter for something as simple as a date night or as extravagant as a work party! The drinks are fantastic, the food is exquisite, and the staff are very friendly and attentive! It was a 10/10 experience!

I recently played for an event at Bourbon & Butter. Even though I was not a guest but a paid performer, Bourbon & Butter's friendly and attentive staff took care of me by providing lovely drinks and made a delicious plate for food at the end of the night. Thanks for treating me so well.
We had a beautiful private event here. The food was excellent, the flavour combinations and presentation were impeccable. The service was some of the best we've received anywhere. Well done Bourbon & Butter!

My friend and I went to eat out. Got confusing with the amount of waitresses who introduced themselves to us. The first one said she'd be back to explain the menu to us but never came back. We got Gabriel after that and she did very well. Really nice, sweet, and personable. She took the time to explain and re-explain the menu. She even offered to have the sauces and such put off to the side when we were unsure of them. We agreed and were grateful for it as the sauces weren't that great. The food was good and I really liked the coconut rice. I couldn't finish all the chicken and had one full piece left, a carrot, and some rice. Gabriel said she'd put it in a to go container. My friend got the pork chop. The portion size was smaller but it costed more so that seemed strange to me but she enjoyed it. I'd say the food was a bit overpriced for what you get. The jerk pork also had a sauce that didn't compliment the pork at all. Too strong. The pork itself was good. The atmosphere was very noisy with the amount of people there (couldn't be helped, obviously). The lighting is terrible. Way too dim. We left after paying and then I remembered I never got my leftovers. Went back in and Gabriel looked nervous as she told me the chef threw it out. She kept apologizing. I wasn't mad at her but there was no offer to remake, refund, or give a dessert or something in place of it. Basically, I lost 1/3 of my chicken and nothing was done to rectify it. I have absolutely no plans on coming back to this establishment. Put a bitter taste in my mouth. You pay $37 for a meal and the chef throws the leftovers out? Thanks.

WOW! An amazing dinner, we had two teens with us and they loved it too! All 4 of us loved the food. The Chef came out and chatted with us and his first question was to the kids! They loved it and felt very important!
Beautiful atmosphere with incredible art by local artists on the wall.
Oh and the cheesecake was the absolute most amazing cheesecake we had ever had!
We will be back!

Food was great, service was mediocre. Had to wait a while to even order drinks. Had the beef feature definitely overpriced for what it is. My fault for not asking for the price before ordering it as it was priced considerably higher than anything else on the menu. It's fine if it's what they need to charge but it would be good to know if it's going to cost that much more considering everything else has a price on the menu except for the beef feature. As it was my wife's birthday I asked if they had a birthday special, the waitress replied that yes they did. They had a cheesecake that she could get my wife. Ended up getting charged for the dessert as well, so no they don't have a birthday special. Definitely not going back.

My wife and I attended for a date night dinner. Amazing service off the hop and a great table waiting for us.
We started with the scallop ceviche - and oh lord, what an amazing combination of flavours, I could have had multiple plates of it.
My wife ordered the arctic char and I had the prime rib. The char was cooked perfectly and the prime rib was exploding with flavours.
Amazing little date night place with incredible food and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!

This phenomenal restaurant (understatement) takes quality and excellence to the next level; from mouthwatering l’entrèe to plat principal, dessert and tailor cocktails.
The restaurant itself is cozy and stylish, and high end with its unobtrusive service and great selection of drinks and food.
The bone marrow, caramelized brûlée and served with a sweet garlic aioli is top, as is the fettuccini and the other plates ordered.
The cocktails were strong and the food unbelievable.
It’s worth going in a group or solo-
Do book in advance on weekends as they may fill up quite quickly.
The chef cake out to speak with my friend; and he is a master chef, in my opinion.
Definitely an incredible jewel.
I’m looking forward to going again.
Parking: There are only a couple of spits as the street is lined with restaurants.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes; although not sure if traveling by car. It may be that a brief push/roll to the soft curb may be necessary.

What a gem. The food was excellent. The service was attentive and outstanding.
Not only am I a food snob, I am celiac and need careful food prep. I have other sensitivities as well. The chef adjusted my meal and whereas I often still feel affected by eating out, I absolutely feel great. This is THE fine dining spot to try when in Lethbridge. AND… they have a gluten and dairy free dessert… this means I have to come back. No more sorbet or fruit cup for me?
