Made a late reservation for one and enjoyed every second here... The duck was absolutely delicious and for sure the best I've had in my lifetime. The way it was cooked, the accompaniments, and the lovely presentation were all on point. Dessert is something that I normally do NOT order after an entree, but this time was an exception. The Lemon Chiffon Cake was a great choice and between bartender Jackson and myself, we made the decision to pair the cake with the Prairie Sky cocktail đč Finished off with a 2 ounce shot of 20 year old Port to create one of the most amazing dining experiences I've had in a very long time.....
Bottom Line: 9.6 out of 10

We stopped in for a drink and shared a couple of starters.
The space is small, so making a reservation is a good idea. We sat at the bar, where the bartender was very friendly and attentive. He struck a nice balanceâengaging in pleasant conversation without being intrusive.
We shared the red Thai mussels and the bone marrowâboth were absolutely delicious.
A lovely spot and a pleasant way to end our evening.

Small dining room that is very popular. Suggest booking table in advance. Great selection of food and beverages. Healthy sized portions.

It's a niche place for people who wants am upscale experience than The Keg. The place might be small but the experience and flavors of everything to put out is amazing.

We stopped in for a fun night in the big city. The service was prompt and friendly, the meal was well priced, delicious and portions were generous. The atmosphere was comfortable and lively. Great sophisticated spot with excellent ingredients and lovely service. We didn't have reservations and we were able to get in but do recommend reservations to guarantee a seat as they fill quickly. A must stop if you're in Lethbridge!!

We were in town for a swim competition (from Calgary) and this restaurant blew us away! We had the Bao Buns, Foie Gras, Duck and Pork Tenderloin and not one was a miss! Also the Sangiovese wine was such a treat!

Work took me to Lethbridge and wanting to have a nice supper I found them on the internet. Went a little late but wasnât disappointed. Had the Ab shirt rib and it was amazing. As great as the food was it wasnât the star of the show, the service was. They treated me as Iâm the only one there, which was the case lol. But the waitress, didnât get her name but she told me she worked save on in Covid, she was amazing. She was perfect with her check ups, not too much and too little. She was very pleasant and friendly and did her job with a smile. Great place to visit. Iâm Clay and I endorse this message. Haha

Had the luxury of going for dinner and had the most wonderful meal.
The Wellington strudel was outstanding as an appetizer. The pork tenderloin was the show stopper, without a doubt.
The freshness, the creativity and overall taste of everything is incredible. The chefâs but a whole lot of love into everything they create and you can really tell. Will always recommend anyone to go for a truly superb dining experience. The staff also always go above and beyond for their patrons as well.
Cannot wait to go back.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here last night. My son graduated from the Dhillon School of business yesterday and we made a last minute decision to grab dinner before heading back to Calgary. I called ahead and management assured me they could fit us in and to come on by. The entire service experience was spot on, friendly and informative from the bar tender to Chef himself who made time to stop by.
We had the bone marrow appetizer and it was amazing, the short rib was perfect as was the pork tenderloin and the Beef Wellington strudel appetizer that my daughter ordered as a main.
Bourbon and Butter has superior service and food and quite frankly out performs 95% of all Calgary restaurants. Great job chef, keep it fresh and original and we wish you all the success in the world moving forward.

Nice interior, comfortable atmosphere, and a promising menu. First impressions were great.
When ordering, I asked my server whether the duck bao or Caesar salad was the better option. She recommended the bao, mentioned it came with three, and asked if I wanted to make it an even four. I appreciated the suggestion but said three was fine.
So I was surprised when she dropped off a Caesar salad instead. I politely mentioned I had ordered the bao, and she replied, somewhat firmly, that I had ordered the salad. I reminded her about the earlier conversationâthe three not four baoâand she then seemed to recall. I said it wasnât a big deal and Iâd go ahead and eat the salad.
Later she came back and asked how it was. I said it was âgoodâ or âfine,â trying to be easygoing about the mix-up. Her response: âThatâs goodâyouâll survive.â
I'm still not sure what that was supposed to mean. I was being understanding, keeping the wrong dish without making it a problem, and that comment just felt oddâalmost dismissive.
The sablefish main was decent. All in all, the food was good, the space is really nice, but the service left me confused and a bit underwhelmed. Maybe it was just an off night, but for the price point and setting, I guess I just wanted a smoother experience?
