EVERY time I frequent Lethbridge, I stop here and get a bag of coffee beans, and an coffee. The staff are so friendly and kind, the food is incredible and the atmosphere as well. 10/10 recommended this little coffee spot to everyone!!
I placed a large order for pickup, but unfortunately, all the sides and drinks were missing. While a refund was offered, the only alternative provided was to return to pick up the missing items. Given our limited lunch break, we had to accept the refund for the missing items. Although the sandwiches were good, I was quite disappointed with how the situation was managed, as it seemed to lack proper attention and care.
