Their chicken burger was okay however it was sloppy and messy.
Onion rings are a total waste of money. They looked like frozen stock from a cheap store and thrown in the fryer. They remind me of gummy rings you can buy at Walmart or somewhere else. Lol.
Service however was acceptable. The gentleman working the kitchen was fast and sufficient. The lady at the till however spoke so fast with her Punjabi accent. I could barely understand her. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

The restaurant and drive-thru can be a little awkward to get to in this particular parking lot/shopping complex, but it's worth it for the taste of Burger King.

They currently have a $5 meal so decided to try it & it was well worth it. Brought back my childhood BK feelings of a satisfying meal that tasted so good. Here you get fresh veggies with your meal and the smell & taste are awesome.
I’ve been going back there for the same $5 meal and a few other meals since🤣.

I went to this Burger King last night.And they made a huge mistake on my order.So I put a complaint in and the manager reached out to me and called me to correct the problem. Everybody can make mistakes.Nobody is perfect.But what makes the difference is when you can acknowledge your mistakes and make it right. I will go back to this burger king all the time now because I know they value their customer.

I come here for lunch all the time after College. The staff are wonderful and friendly - and the food is always great with no errors! The environment is always very clean and provides a welcoming atmosphere. This is my favorite Burger King in Lethbridge! Keep up the good work!
P.S. To any higher management reading this, reward your employees for their hard work! 🙏
Place was really dirty. When ordering food you could see the floor on the workers side need to be swept. Was just bad if not worse in the area where the food was cooked. One of the staff was complaining cause someone had put in a big order in drive thru. My personal order was missing an order of fries. Didn't realize till we got home as we ordered to go. Wasn't very busy either as my order and the drive thru were only ones at the location.

Just ordered the Chicken Fries and French Fries from here and live 750 metres away. Both were uneatable as they had clearly been under the heat lamp way past the allowable limit. Was like trying to chew through wood. Brutal. Do better and actually give a shit about your job and your customers.

I ordered chicken fries from this location and was given them still half frozen and soggy. When I returned for a refund no apology was given for their negligence.
