A young man, working for this restaurant, carrying a box into the kitchen. Yelling swearing and belittling a fellow employee who was doing her best to offer friendly service at the counter. His behavior was unacceptable, and sad to watch. I felt very sorry for all who have to work with him. We had a good meal and the rest of the staff were friendly and competent.

We did a drive thru this time but have been inside before and it was a great experience. This last visit the staff were friendly. The burgers were great, fries were fresh and hot! Not to much of a wait.

Even though I need to wait a little longer time but the nuggets are fresh cooked. The staff are very friendly too while I was the first time to use their app and collect points, I am not well known about how to use it, but she is very patient to take my order.

Like all fast food places, the atmosphere sucks and service can't always be the best. But burger king is probably the one place in town that actually has deals consistently. Not the best food, but miles ahead of some other places in town.

Absolutely unacceptable service experience
I’ve never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. I was calmly clarifying something with one staff member through the ordering system when a second staff member abruptly jumped in, acting completely belligerent and unprofessional.
When I got to the window, she falsely accused me of being loud and saying things I never said. Without any explanation, she suddenly said, “I’m not going to serve you. Please go ahead,” and closed the window on me. I was completely shocked and confused — I had no idea what I supposedly did wrong.
This level of hostility and rudeness from staff is beyond unacceptable. I came for food, not to be disrespected and humiliated. Burger King, you seriously need to look into the behavior and training of your staff at this location.

Their chicken burger was okay however it was sloppy and messy.
Onion rings are a total waste of money. They looked like frozen stock from a cheap store and thrown in the fryer. They remind me of gummy rings you can buy at Walmart or somewhere else. Lol.
Service however was acceptable. The gentleman working the kitchen was fast and sufficient. The lady at the till however spoke so fast with her Punjabi accent. I could barely understand her. She needs to work on her customer service skills.
