What an absolute clown show at the Fairmont BK. I had to repeat my order 3 times before they got it right on the screen, then I was asked to pull ahead and wait almost 10 minutes for my order and not only did they screw it up, but it wasn't even fresh! Defeats the whole point of pulling ahead to wait. Will not go to this location under any circumstances in the future.

Been to the drive through several times this summer. I always get the Bacon and Cheese Whopper combo. The fries and burger have been great, hot and fresh every time I visited and the staff efficient & freindly.

Today's visit at 130pm one staff working the front one in the kitchen and one on drive thru.
We ordered at the counter and as our food got cold the counter staff kept taking orders and no one was filling orders.
Finally no drive thru so that gent started filling orders.
Cold burgers and fries. Yum... NOT.
Now the normal corporate greed no staff make people wait for cold food and dirty tables,chairs and floor.

Whoppers and bacon kings and one of the top tier burgers in lethbridge from a fast food restaurant at my last visit the staff were very helpful and kind. My food came hot and fresh which I was very happy about please keep up service like this ?
NOT as GOOD as the OTHER BURGER KING because THIS BURGER KING HAD NO JALAPEÑOS to PUT ON MY DOUBLE WHOPPER. GREAT THING is EVERY WEDNESDAY is also “WHOPPER WEDNESDAY!!!”

If I could leave a zero star review, I absolutely would the fact that my partner had to wait 15 minutes for our food and then was not give the correct order is so frustrating. And on top of it after I tried calling at least five times in a row. They just completely shut off the phone so that I could not get in contact with anybody.

As a former employee from many many years ago i’m extremely disappointed in quality control, ambition, and service I received yesterday June 1st 2024. at 9:47pm my wife and I brought our daughter with us through the drive thru because we were running errands till late and figured we would get something quick and easy, we ordered our food and were asked to park out front so i was like cool the food will be freshly cooked!! well it wasn’t, we waited 20 mins for our food to receive it cold, fries were rock hard and both burger and chicken sandwich were barely warm, the mazza sticks were stiff and didn’t seem freshly cooked ether, we called it in after and the lady gave us a hard time saying she could only replace the fries and kids meal yet i’m convinced it was what ever they had left and we’re just too lazy to get it done, I have tried to recontact them this morning since we basically threw out the food because we did know if we could trust it at that point but now no one will answer the phone!!! HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location!!!
