My wife and I visited this café for the first time on Valentine’s Day. As you’d expect, it was quite busy, but overall the service was good. The woman at the till was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting — a nice spot to sit and relax.
We ordered two coffees and a muffin. Although we were given a number for our table, our coffees were initially delivered to the wrong table. It was a bit surprising that this happened despite the numbering system, but the situation was corrected without much fuss.
The biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the muffin. It tasted dry and stale. On a busy day like Valentine’s Day, you would hope that the baking would be especially fresh, as that’s often what draws people in.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good service and a nice atmosphere, but the quality of the baking fell short. We may give it another try in the future and hope for fresher treats next time.
One additional frustration during our visit was seeing an individual occupying a table for four with a laptop for an extended period while the café was extremely busy. On a high-traffic day, this makes it difficult for couples or families to find seating. While I understand cafés often welcome people working remotely, it may be helpful for management to consider gentle signage or time limits during peak hours to ensure fair access to seating for paying customers.

Stopped here on a whim and we absolutely adored it. The staff was super helpful and the quality of the drinks was 10/10. We got the butter tart iced latte and the original iced latte with hazelnut syrup. Sooooo good! We will be back and will have to try their delicious looking food options.

My favourite café in Lethbridge! If you don’t try the Turkey cranberry sandwich on a cheddar bagel you will miss out. Truly one of the best sandwiches! They always have fun drink specials too! I don’t drink coffee but they always have non coffee specials like lemonade or fun hot chocolate flavours.

Nothing but the best from them. The best lattes, vibes and delicious food! The fall atmosphere carries this place to higher levels with the seasonal decor. I recommend trying their Cinnamon Rolls with a White chocolate Latte!

Ordered a London Fog and Everything Bagel with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese. Both were delicious. The bagel tasted fresh and was definitely made in-house or locally.
