ALSO THEY'LL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG TOO.
So this has happened multiple times this last time.
They were open at 11AM.
There was five customers sitting there all waiting for chicken waiting 30 mins. For chicken that should have been ready when they open.11am.
I have been there other times at full volume. In midday, yet again, waiting thirty minutes for chicken.
Not only that, but the order is wrong, you order a combo and you don't get a combo, you get chicken and a drink.
No, fries, some confusion with ordering a combo. I don't know what the confusion is, but it seems like if you order gravy with your fries, they don't give you any fries.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SLOW. JUST GO TO MARY BROWN'S. IT'S BETTER ANYWAY. MARY BROWN'S SERVICE IS ALWAYS REALLY GOOD.

I ordered for the pickup and lady answered my call, she was soo nice and she answered the call and took the order in such a nice way.

The chicken is always tasty, fresh, and consistent, and it’s become a little tradition for my family to share it together for dinner.
