Super helpful, and friendly, 2 loaves of High Fibre, scone and Hot Cross buns, the bread is delicious. Warm friendly server and good prices for artisan style bread. The best bread / bakery in Lethbridge.
I have gone to this bakery for sourdough bread for over a year and in the last 4 months, the loaves have gotten smaller, more big holes internally and very dry really dense, like the outer edges did not rise.
The prices have also gone up for smaller loaves. The sourdough is really chewy now. Their scones are also really really dry with burnt edges. It is like the baker has quit 4 months ago and the manager is baking. This is not like the Cobs Bread that I had many...
