Coca Cola at one time treated their customers with respect and had the best customer service one could ask for. Our company has been selling Coke since 1968, 57 years and I don't think I can continue to offer Coke in my business with the way we have been treated for years. They have No Customer Service at all. No one local to speak to ever, not bottled in Lethbridge for years, the app they want customers to use to place their own orders is horrible, they tell the customer when the can order, what the can order. I tried to place an order of cans of Coca Cola last week but Coca Cola didn't have Coca Cola available to order....???? I was told there is nothing they could do about that. And then today while talking to Tanya from customer service why my order didn't arrive when the app says the order was delivered, I was talked down to and talked over like I'm a child and my next available order day is in a month. I'm glad my supplier knows better than I what I need and when I need it. If you own a restaurant and are thinking of selling Coke products, do yourself a favor and go with Pepsi. Buy your own cooler and don't sell fountain pop and stock any product you want.

The absolute worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in my 41 years on the restaurant business. After selling coke for 57 years they treat you like an inconvenience. No customer service except to argue with you about how long you've been a customer. To anyone thinking of selling coca cola in there business.... Do yourself a favor and call Pepsi.

John HiebertYesterday ·This driver blocked the whole lane..he said I can do this because it's the law......really...all other semi drivers park close to the fence to allow local traffic to pass..this young fellow was very rude..people on the other side had to back up almost a block...Coca Cola..you need to educate your driver's..
