Customer service personnel needs training on being kind to costumers. I used to enjoy taking the kids there. Now I tell my kids to never go there again!

Me and my husband always go in self checkout in COSTCO LETHBRIDGE so with today, we did not ask for help because we know how to do it, when my husband try to get the items, this LADY with scan gun told my hubby to go far with such humiliating voice and treated her customer as she is disgusted to us. The way she treated us is like we are carrying communicable disease. This is not the first time, actually its for the 3rd time already so we acted and remind her not to do it to anybody because she is way too much exaggerated when dealing customer in care of COVID!!! Maybewe are not the one experienced this with her, i hope this LADY will automatically removed from her post immidiately or suspended
