I absolutely adore the staff that work at Cuppers! Always such a delight to go in there. They are all true experts and are passionate at what they do. Also their pricing is very fair compared to other local coffee shops in the city and the taste of their coffee is out of this world. I highly recommend cuppers for your daily coffee or it’s a great shop to purchase locally sourced goodies for gifts. They also make up great gift baskets too!! OH! And their billboard quotes make my day every time I read them. Along with their e-newsletters are always nutty and packed with humour! Thanks for being great!!

Hands down my favorite place to get my morning caffeine! Great drinks, friendly staff, yummy snacks. Stamp cards and discounts if you bring your own mug. They go above and beyond to make your day a great one! Might I recommend their matcha Frappuccino with a shot of vanilla! Tastes like a green tea marshmallow! Yum! ?

I just LOVE Cuppers Coffee and I can confidently say it's an absolute gem in our local community. From the moment I stepped through the door, I am enveloped in the inviting aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and a charming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The selection of their own roasted coffee is truly fantastic, offering a delightful array of flavors and profiles to suit every coffee lover's palate. The attention to detail and dedication to quality is evident in every sip, and it's apparent that they have a profound passion for their craft. In addition to their impressive coffee offerings, the mini selections of specialty teas provide a refreshing and diverse alternative for tea enthusiasts. It's wonderful to see such a thoughtful curation of beverages that cater to a wide range of tastes. They have a wonderful coffee bar with unique coffee and tea selections that will leave you buzzing. They are also a delightful destination for unique gifts. Their carefully curated selection offers an array of captivating and thoughtful options, making it my go-to spot for finding that perfect something for any occasion. The combination of their distinct coffee and charming gift selection truly sets this place apart.I simply cannot praise the staff enough. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service is truly remarkable. From their knowledge and passion for their products to their warm and welcoming demeanor, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a memorable one.Thank you!!

I found this business a real disappointment. They are not pretending to be a specialty coffee roaster but they could learn a few tricks from the Speciality Coffee Association, an organization I was a member of during my competition judging years. My giving of only two points is carefully thought out with the following reasons given: 1. They are not wheelchair accessible, which precludes me visiting on my own. 2. No light roast coffee. I was told they were out of Yrgacheffe. They have many beans that would shine with a light roast, like the Harrar Longberry, which I will comment on lower down. Think outside the box instead of pigeon holing yourself into routines. 3. They do not sell a traditional cappuccino in a 6 oz cup that goes way back to the dawn of the beverage in the early 20th Century in Italy. An 8oz produces a drink with not enough coffee to milk ratio. 4. It may be just an out of stock issue, however with no product shortages in the market, the selection of handgrinders is basic entry level at best. Nothing with high carbon stainless conical burrs could be found, just lots of ceramic porlex which is a good grinder but far far from being great. For a few dollars more, a Timemore Chestnut will give a much superior and even grind. 5. One pound bags are too big for the single coffee drinker, which is their smallest available purchase, even though the beans are bulk, which in itself is disappointing. An opened bag of freshly roasted coffee has peak quality life of 5 to 7 days. One pound is a lot of coffee to consume in those time constraints. Offer smaller too, such as 1/2 pound, the industry standard sample order size. 6. I asked when the beans were roasted. I was told usually no more than two weeks ago. OMG, beans in the open air for two weeks would be way beyond their prime. If all you sell is one pound bags, bag the coffee when it cools after roasting. They have bags with CO2 escape valves. In the bag it will last for months. In the open air, 7 days max. 7. The medium roasted Harrar Longberry was roasted darker than what would be considered a full medium roast. Close to half of the beans had reached the second crack, thereby taking them out of the medium category. A full medium, using the Speciality Coffee Association and Q Grading standards, is moments before the second crack with no to just a hint of oil on the bean. This bean was medium dark. At this level of roast, the nuances of the legendary Harrar have disappeared. The winey fruity flavour profile which has coffee aficionados addicted were gone, roasted out. I find it hard to understand why this is considered Lethbridge's finest coffee shope. I cringe at the thought of what I am going to experience elsewhere in town.

This is my 'go-to' place for coffee and special gift items - the Muddy Mouse pottery mugs are beautifully made!I only give it a 3 star for atmosphere because one employee, especially, is way toooo over-the-top gregarious and calls customers 'my love', etc., - I find this very off-putting as a customer. I'll still go there, but will brace myself for the 'far too familiar' call-outs from one gal behind the counter.

Hands down the best customer service I ever experienced! I was blown away by everything. I went in to get aple cider and found so much more!!!! They had fresh sandwiches, baked goods, unique candy, condiments, beautiful teapots and drinkware, etc, etc, etc. We were greeted at every turn by a friendly employee. They offered us fresh ground coffee in tiny cups and brought it out while we shopped at no charge. Maggie even came out to offer to help us find anything. We were offered free drinks to take home as it was our first(definitely not our last) visit! When our purchase was rung up we were offered such a cute bad coffee pin and Maggie even hand wrote us measurements for the cider we purchased to their specifications. It was so perfect and so much beyond anything I ever expected.

I was visiting from Vancouver and stopped in to pick up some Bronco Brew. All the staff were so nice it made me consider moving to Lethbridge just so I could get my coffee there regularly!
