“Dairy Queen ice cream cake is one of my all time favourite desserts. My brother in law Brett and I have different opinions on why it’s the best dessert ever… I say it’s the fudge filling and he says the fudge gets to much attention! lol At least we agree that we both love it! This DQ has one of the best selections of cakes I’ve seen at a DQ before. I was really impressed. The service worker that wrote Lily’s name and birthday messages on her cake did a really nice job! “I passed by DQ around 2:30 PM on Easter Sunday and asked about a promo I saw online , 2 for $5. The staff told me they only had a 2 for $6 deal. I originally wanted to get a burger and chicken strips, but the closest option was a wrap, so I ended up ordering two burgers instead.
After getting my order, I sat down for a bit and realized that the promo I saw was actually from the U.S. site. It’s funny how our brain can juggle a million things and still miss the obvious! I didn’t stress.. I just stayed chill. Then, something nice happened.. a crew member came over with fries and said, “This is for you.” I smiled and thanked her. That small act of kindness really made my day☺️.
