This place is a fricken joke! I go and order $24 in food. I pay with my debit card and they then tell me that I never paid! They called me a liar 4 times,went into my bank app and gee the payment was taken out of my acct. Showed the wanna be Canadian that it was paid,and was called a liar yet again. Even when they seen that the payment was made! They then say that I have to pay again! Will never step into a dairy queen ever again! I showed them my bank acct yet again,they then say that their system never prosessed the payment. Not my fault that you have a crappy system,but I know that the payment came out of my bank acct.

I go to Dairy Queen for ice cream sometimes. This time I wanted to take my kids out to share a poutine and just happened to try Dairy Queens. Mediocre at best, soggy fries and the gravy lacks flavor. Won't be doing that again.

This DQ is so dirty I couldn't believe it. The cake freezer was filthy and the floor under it had black gunk everywhere. Absolutely sickening. The smell inside the restaurant was awful too. Smelled of maybe rancid oil? My daughter couldn't stay indoors -the smell made her gag.
We were actually concerned we would get sick off the food, considering the terrible dirty facility ..but we didn't thankfully. Have never seen such a disgusting location.

So apparently if you ask for a box of onion rings you get chicken tenders and fries. And no receipt to get what you ordered.
Absolutely loved the food! The wraps were fresh and flavorful, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy — one of the best I’ve had. Great taste and quality at DQ! 👌🍔🧅

I visited this place and it was so amazing experience as a customer. I order chicken strip basket and burger and chicken was so fresh and fries as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely I would suggest to visit this place
