guy who took my order was great and so were the fries i ordered, however the blond middle-aged lady who either is the manager or thinks she’s in charge was horrible lol. i didn’t interact with her, but while i was sitting in the corner with my headphones on i could hear her loudly critiquing everything the employees were doing. i get it, people have to be trained and things need to run efficiently, but she was being so rude accusing one of the guys of lying. if people on ur team need to be corrected - observe what they’re doing and then calmly have a conversation off the floor. this was honestly so weird and i felt really bad for the employees. that lady needs someone to train and correct her on how to be part of a team - manager or not, her behaviour was not cool and made me feel very awkward as a customer.

Ice cream was delicious, of course. (No complaints with taste or consistency)
However, when I ask and pay for extra hot fudge in my peanut buster parfait, I expect extra hot fudge in my peanut buster parfait.

we got ice cream for our family and my blizzard was barely blended and only was at the top. i worked there for a while so yes i know some of them are difficult to blend but you have to try to get to the bottom. this is just lazy and i’m highly disappointed.

How can you expect to run an ice cream restaurant with no A/C? It’s a sauna in this place. First and last time going here. I felt physically ill. I don’t know how the staff are dealing with it

I ordered a cake through Uber for my niece's birthday, I called before ordering and I believe I was speaking with Justin. Justin was amazing!! Justin was super friendly and went out of his way with helping me and I truly appreciate it!! I cannot thank you enough Justin, my niece and family loved everything! You’re the best :)

I've been to this DQ dozens of times and no matter what time of day it is I wait a minimum of 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. This time I ordered a small blizzard and they gave me a mini at the window. Asked if they could make the proper size so they dumped the ice cream into a small cup and just added more ice cream - no additional toppings or anything that I paid for so it was super diluted. The icing on the cake was watching as the employee got a big dollop of ice cream from the machine on his bare finger and scraped it off on the side of the cup back into the blizzard before handing it to me.

We ordered two banana splits and waited about 40 minutes, a bunch of others that ordered after us were getting their food, and we were still there. Went to ask them about it, and the guy in the cashier rang it for something else (which they hadn't made it as well). He did make the banana split for definitely wasn't worth the wait, such a waste of time.That's the second time it has happened in this location, and we are definitely taking our business elsewhere.

Looks like "shrink-flation" has hit here too!! Everything in the order, except the drink, was almost 1/2 of what you got not that long ago. Price was more as well. Won't be going back!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ended up waiting half hour for 1 simple order.. probably didn't help that they lit our first bag of food on fire and had to proceed to stomp it out behind our car in the drive thru.. would NOT recommend the west location.

Went to get 2 6-piece chicken finger meals, both boxes barely had anything in them. The chicken fingers looked more like chicken nuggets and there were barely any fries in either. We ate them within minutes of getting them and the chicken was cold and kind of soggy.
