I ordered a blizzard last night from skip, from this location. I got the new strawberry cheesecake chocolate dip one. I was so excited for the cheesecake part of this blizzard. But guess what? There wasn’t ONE single piece of cheesecake. Not one! What a total rip off for a $6 ice cream. It was strawberry ice cream with chunks of hard chocolate. That’s it. So whoever was working June 22nd evening, get it together.

If there is option for less that 1 star then I will choose that...I ordered blizzard which was so law quantity and this happen not only one time..so cheap waste of money

Oh boy.. this is how the burger came lol

I passed by DQ around 2:30 PM on Easter Sunday and asked about a promo I saw online , 2 for $5. The staff told me they only had a 2 for $6 deal. I originally wanted to get a burger and chicken strips, but the closest option was a wrap, so I ended up ordering two burgers instead.

After getting my order, I sat down for a bit and realized that the promo I saw was actually from the U.S. site. It’s funny how our brain can juggle a million things and still miss the obvious! I didn’t stress.. I just stayed chill. Then, something nice happened.. a crew member came over with fries and said, “This is for you.” I smiled and thanked her. That small act of kindness really made my day☺️.

Stopped by the Dairy Queen in West Lethbridge for a classic banana split, and it was a delightful treat! The presentation was inviting, with fresh banana slices framing the creamy swirls of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, pineapple, chocolate syrup, and cherry drizzle. The flavors were well-balanced, though the toppings could have been distributed a bit more evenly. The dessert was served in a sturdy container, making it easy to enjoy without any mess. While the portion size was generous and satisfying, the service was a tad slow despite the restaurant not being overly busy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a nostalgic ice cream indulgence—definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is amazing the man who helped me today was so fast and polite! It was around 7:30 pm! I could tell you've had a long day but we're super polite and helpful thank you! This gentleman had a dark beard I didn't catch his name. Thanks man!

Crazy . I saw 2 employees coughing on their hands while waiting for my food and didn't change gloves. The guy that did my order seemed like the last thing he wanted to do was take my order, employees in the back were swearing decently loudly. At least the food was good but the coughing on hands got me.

guy who took my order was great and so were the fries i ordered, however the blond middle-aged lady who either is the manager or thinks she’s in charge was horrible lol. i didn’t interact with her, but while i was sitting in the corner with my headphones on i could hear her loudly critiquing everything the employees were doing. i get it, people have to be trained and things need to run efficiently, but she was being so rude accusing one of the guys of lying. if people on ur team need to be corrected - observe what they’re doing and then calmly have a conversation off the floor. this was honestly so weird and i felt really bad for the employees. that lady needs someone to train and correct her on how to be part of a team - manager or not, her behaviour was not cool and made me feel very awkward as a customer.

Ice cream was delicious, of course. (No complaints with taste or consistency)
However, when I ask and pay for extra hot fudge in my peanut buster parfait, I expect extra hot fudge in my peanut buster parfait.

we got ice cream for our family and my blizzard was barely blended and only was at the top. i worked there for a while so yes i know some of them are difficult to blend but you have to try to get to the bottom. this is just lazy and i’m highly disappointed.

You need to get your a/c fixed it was unbearable to dine in yesterday, I feel bad for the people working in there.

How can you expect to run an ice cream restaurant with no A/C? It’s a sauna in this place. First and last time going here. I felt physically ill. I don’t know how the staff are dealing with it

I ordered a cake through Uber for my niece's birthday, I called before ordering and I believe I was speaking with Justin. Justin was amazing!! Justin was super friendly and went out of his way with helping me and I truly appreciate it!! I cannot thank you enough Justin, my niece and family loved everything! You’re the best :)
