I ordered online for pickup, so didn't have much experience at the location. It was positive, though the layout of the shop was weird. We were pleased with the food!! Good job on the donair pizza.

I don’t ever complain about bad food. But this 13.99 deal from Columbia BLVD was the most discusting pizza I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of chain brand pizza.
Soggy crust, veritablea hard, cheese not even appearing warm and stringy.
Safeway pizza for half the price would have been better. Can’t imagine paying pull price for that.

I came in to get the 4 topping medium pizza tonight. Didn’t expect hair to be the 5th topping. Absolutely disgusting. I found a black hair on my pizza. This shows a complete lack of basic hygiene in the kitchen.
There is no excuse for this. Hairnets shouldn’t be optional in any food service setting. Whoever made this pizza either wasn’t wearing one. That’s just laziness and negligence.
If Domino’s can’t ensure their staff follow the most basic food safety practices, they don’t deserve anyone’s money. I threw the whole thing out and won’t be ordering again unless I see serious changes. Do better. This is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. Great way to instantly ruin my appetite, and great way for me to never come back and never suggest this place to anyone again.
