Edible Elegance Cake Shop

Such a beautiful little shop with the absolute sweetest people. Stopped in for a last minute cake and was blown away by the atmosphere and kindness, was able to get exactly what I needed and was blessed by the kindness of a stranger when I needed it most!
An amazing cake, so beautiful it was a shame to cut but so tasty it was worth it! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

My husband purchased 4 gluten free cupcakes from them for my birthday and unfortunately they were either not baked probably or something was off in them, I tried one and my son did also they smelt and tasted raw/doughy. We ended up not eating them and had 2 leftover very disappointing.

There pumpkin pie was pretty disappointing. All parts of it were mid, the cream, the pumpkin abd the crust.

The deco on the cake was awesome but the cake fell apart I couldn’t even cut it. I expected better.

Been going here for years and the cupcakes have tasted great, except for their red velvet cupcake. Red velvet is my favorite type of cake and i almost always get it when I got to here. The only issue is that they say it comes with cream cheese frosting/buttercream, which is usually the standard with red velvet or carrot cake cupcakes/cakes. But it has never tasted like they use cream cheese frosting as the icing for their red velvet cupcakes, which is pretty disappointing. The frosting just tastes the same as the others, without a hint of cream cheese added to it. So, I think they should either change the recipe of their red velvet cupcake frosting and make it with actual cream cheese or they change the advertising of these cupcakes.

Edible Elegance is my go to for ordering custom cakes. Very easy prosses and the staff is very helpful.

When I arrived to pick up my daughter's birthday cake there was an error in the online order and the cake wasn't ready. They told me daughter not to worry. Baked a cake decorated it and delivered it to our house before her birthday party even started. They get two thumbs up from me for fixing the missed order. I will definitely keep buying from here.

We often pick EE for our cake and dessert needs but this past week when they mistakenly mixed up the date we wanted to pick ip our order and therefore did not have our order ready, they were amazing by solving the problem promptly and kindly - they even delivered it right to our house!
And let’s face it - EE has the best cake in Lethbridge! 🤤
We will continue to return to EE for their amazing desserts, reasonable prices and amazing customer service.

I ordered two cakes from here for a graduation a few weeks ago, and my experience was spectacular! I live up in Edmonton so I interacted with Jacki by email. She was quick to respond and I appreciated all her suggestions for the designs! We got one small gluten free cake and a larger regular cake for $120, which is a great price for specialty baking! I really loved the final product and they were so delicious. I 100% recommend anyone in the Lethbridge area to give Edible Elegance a try for your next event!

Recently got cupcakes, and I was really disappointed, I wouldn’t go back. Every cool flavour like “rootbeer” was really just a plain vanilla or chocolate cupcake. Not worth how expensive they are
