We often pick EE for our cake and dessert needs but this past week when they mistakenly mixed up the date we wanted to pick ip our order and therefore did not have our order ready, they were amazing by solving the problem promptly and kindly - they even delivered it right to our house!
And let’s face it - EE has the best cake in Lethbridge! 🤤
We will continue to return to EE for their amazing desserts, reasonable prices and amazing customer service.

I ordered two cakes from here for a graduation a few weeks ago, and my experience was spectacular! I live up in Edmonton so I interacted with Jacki by email. She was quick to respond and I appreciated all her suggestions for the designs! We got one small gluten free cake and a larger regular cake for $120, which is a great price for specialty baking! I really loved the final product and they were so delicious. I 100% recommend anyone in the Lethbridge area to give Edible Elegance a try for your next event!

Recently got cupcakes, and I was really disappointed, I wouldn’t go back. Every cool flavour like “rootbeer” was really just a plain vanilla or chocolate cupcake. Not worth how expensive they are

I bought a confetti square and the marshmallows they used were obviously dried out and stale when they used them. Seriously? Do you think that little of your customers? First and last visit.

Ordered a chocolate gluten free birthday cake as a gift for a celiac family member . Icing was great, but the cake itself was inedible. Flavourless and dry. Just awful.

I ordered a frozen themed cake for my daughter and didn't turn out well. The lollipops were already melting not even after 5 minutes of leaving the store. Took a closer look the characters images was already soaked that it didn't look good at all. They didn't even gave me back the candies that I provided since they only used 8pcs in total of the 12pcs of hard rock candy and 24pcs lollipop I had to ask for them back because I will not have melted candies on my daughters cake. And the name topper, they made it look like they just practiced on it. I had to re-do the design of the cake.The cake was good tho. But the creativeness not very much.
