I ordered a frozen themed cake for my daughter and didn't turn out well. The lollipops were already melting not even after 5 minutes of leaving the store. Took a closer look the characters images was already soaked that it didn't look good at all. They didn't even gave me back the candies that I provided since they only used 8pcs in total of the 12pcs of hard rock candy and 24pcs lollipop I had to ask for them back because I will not have melted candies on my daughters cake. And the name topper, they made it look like they just practiced on it. I had to re-do the design of the cake.The cake was good tho. But the creativeness not very much.

I ordered a large sheet cake (vanilla with vanilla buttercream) to feed a crowd. We picked up the cake on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday party, it kept great overnight and the guests loved it. The shop was very careful and accommodating about food allergies.

I've received homemade oreo cookies a few times for bday and they are absolutely pathetic. No icing and not soft like they should be. Cupcakes are good.
Very happy with the outhouse cake we asked for. It looked just like the picture I sent in. Your coconut cake is amazing! You have us coming back again and again.

I have ordered chocolate truffle but I got regular chocolate cake , I had also asked for cream and there was no cream in cake. It was complete disappointing experience.

Got a few cupcakes today, was disappointed in the lack of flavour, texture and overly sweet frosting, I would recommend somewhere else for the overall price to quality ratio

Firstly, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. When I did email, I got a response but wasn’t able to place the order over email. That should have been the first red flag. I ordered three dozen custom cookies for an engagement party two weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up order both employees were hanging out in the back chatting away while customers waited until they finally noticed. The cookies were sloppy and looked as if they were made in a rush, the lining was crooked and different colored icing overlapped etc. the only reason I’m giving two stars is that the guests seemed to enjoy the flavor of the cookie, although I didn’t particularly. Safe to say, I won’t be using them for the bridal shower or other events I host.
