We come here for Sunday brunch every time our family comes into town and it’s always a great time. I get the big breakfast. Very good. I’ve been here for dinner as well. Great service and excellent atmosphere. Come check it out!

7 of us went for a birthday celebration. Our waiter was absolutely wonderful and wish I could remember his name. Regardless, 7 very different meal requested and everyone of them were absolutely fantastic!! I had the chance to sample some of the dishes and they were amazing. I had the steak salad with horseradish dressing and the mashed potatoes wrapped in rice paper and deep fried and all of it was delicious! Try the coconut cheese cake! To live for!! Enjoy

I had the YORKSHIRE PUDDING STACK and it was terrible the mashed potatoes were lumpy the beef tasted like had been roasted a week ago and reheated and the au jus that came with it was flavorless it was like brown colored water. it should be served with a nice beef gravy, au jus is for beef dip. All in all a very flavorless and disappointing meal

This is my girlfriend's favourite restaurant, so we visited for dinner on her birthday. The food was very tasty, as usual, and the service was great. Two minor issues. First, nobody recognized her birthday (even though it was selected when I reserved the table), and second, while very tasty, there was too much batter on the fish (in the fish and chips). The pieces of fish were very small inside very large/puffy batter. Otherwise, a great meal!

Great time to visit Firestone for the Big Easy New Orleans feature menu!! Big flavours!! I had grilled oysters and they were excellent. Overall, my son and I enjoyed our meals and I was very pleased to eat oysters on my birthday 🎉 that evening. Our waitress delivered exceptional service and our food arrived in a perfect time considering how busy the restaurant was. Fried mushrooms were so delicious as an appetizer. I'm one to highly recommend Firestone and will continue being a repeat customer.

Food was delicious but it took too long to get food after ordering, approximately 45 mins. Noise level was a little too loud. We often eat here because the food makes up for the ambience.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we were left sitting for over 25 minutes without anyone taking our order. The staff seemed completely disorganized and indifferent. It was supposed to be a special evening — my wife's birthday — but the poor service completely ruined it. We eventually had to leave without being served. For a place that claims to offer good service, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional dining experience. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic hospitality and respect for customers' time.
