Firestone Restaurant & Bar

We always have the best service when dining at Firestone. The servers are polite, efficient, attentive, friendly. It is a pleasure to frequent Firestone due in a large part to the serving staff. The menu has something for everyone & is quite palatable.

The feature menu was awesome - especially the broccoli cheddar soup and pulled pork Wellington!

I think the noise was a little too loud in my opinion, I would've enjoyed the place more if it was a quieter restaurant. The food was extremely good and wait time wasn't terrible for the quality of food either. Our waiter was quite friendly and the overall service was very good.

We love the Harvest Menu! The food is always delicious and service was amazing. I don't remember the managers (?) name who served our food and I wish I did be cause he has always been so kind and great to talk to. My only complaint is that I really would love for the lobster crepes to make a comeback on the seasonal menu. We always do the yearly visit for the pumpkin cheesecake. It is the best in town and so well priced!!

Food, service and overall experience was amazing highly recommended this restaurant. They are amazing cant say enough good about them. I'll be back next week.

The service here is amazing. Very attentive and friendly. I had the Asian Bite Bowl and it was very yummy. Happy hour prices brought my meal and a glass of wine to under $20, that's incredible!

We always enjoy our dining experience at the Firestone in Lethbridge. I've known Wally for many years, He and the entire staff are 100% professional every visit. I highly recommend the Firestone Restaurant in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Firestone is quickly becoming our favourite restaurant in Lethbridge. The menu is varied and always interesting, The meals are beautifully presented and so YUMMY! Great staff, well run operation. We look forward to going there soon.

Chelsea was our Server and she was excellent!! She was able to help my Husband decide between 2 of the Harvest Menu items. He ended up with the Braised Short Ribs which were tender and tasty. He paired with the Moon Vine Shiraz. Which also went well with dessert (mini crème brûlée) . I had the Chicken Bellagio and as usual was fantastic.

The Harvest Menu had excellent choices. Our group ordered the Braised Ribs and Mushroom Chicken Mushroom. Both were excellent as well as Salmon and appetizers from the main menu. Great wine list and the best Smokey Old Fashion we've had anywhere yet. Great service and great chefs.

Always a fantastic meal. The feature menu changes often, which makes it easy to try something new each visit. My only wish is that the Sonoma Chicken was still around; it was always a guaranteed favorite. Please consider bringing it back!

We had a reservation. We asked for a writ corner as it was an anniversary and the lady said that all those empty tables were reserved. After spending 1.5 hours there this other tables were still empty probably will not be there for wuite sometime. Disappointed
